Absolutely amazing experience at this modern and very stylish hotel. A warm welcome at the reception, a clean, spacious, modern room with a nice seating area, comfortable box-spring bed and enough closet space. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was great and very friendly. Safe area and short walking distance to the old town. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back.

Really delicious assortment of healthy breakfast. I loved the green smoothie. The hotel also offered fresh ginger shots to us to boost the energy level.
It'd be nicer to have more accessories in the room such as slippers, ear swap...

The hotel is still fairly new, about 3 years old & looks very attractive. My room was a good size & had plenty of storage space. It's located a short walk from the town centre & has lovely views of the canal from the lounge & dining area & from rooms at the front of the building. The staff were friendly, professional & helpful, especially the ladies at the reception desk. You can have dinner at the hotel from Wednesday to Sunday & I highly recommend it. The menu is small (& changes every 6 weeks), but the food is exceptional. My meal was beautifully presented, well cooked & had an array of tastes & textures. It wasn't cheap - for 2 courses for 2 people, with soft drinks it cost €90, but, as a treat it was worth it. The breakfast also looked very fresh & tasty, although I didn't try it because I don't have breakfast. I would have to say that the dinners were the best part of my stay.
Although my room looked really lovely, I found it too warm & I had to either sleep with the window open or the air conditioning on. Unfortunately, I could not sleep well because the mattress & pillows were not comfortable. The mattress was thin & resembled a mattress topper & the pillows felt hard & lacked springiness. I actually came back from my holiday feeling tired from the lack of decent sleep. I really wanted to give a better rating, but a comfortable bed is so important & is one of the main things you pay for & I don't feel that I got that.
