Excelente ubicación, muy bonita zona, super seguro, sin ruido, vecinos respetuosos. El personal de mantenimiento del edificio, muy amable. La comunicación con los huéspedes efectiva.

Para el ingreso, nos tardaron casi media hora en responder para darnos el código del apartamento. El apartamento lindo y limpio, sin embargo una de las habitaciones con cero privacidad al no tener puertas, parecía que fue improvisado en un área donde se tenían vitrinas. Se anuncia que tiene sofá cama, pero era solo una sala. En la habitación que tenía baño, el colchón ya está vencido y hundido.

La ubicación es excelente, el departamento muy espacioso y mucha luz. Una bella vista, seguridad las 24 horas.

En general el departamento me gustó mucho aunque le falta un poco de amor, pintura nueva quizás un cambio de mobiliario y nuevos útiles de cocina. Harían el departamento aún más agradable y atrayente y ponerlo al día.

Located at a perfect spot, next to the park and all the important sights! Safe and quiet area. Easy to find! The apartment is clean, with its own lovely old-fashioned personality. I felt like I was staying at my grandma's apartment. It would be interesting to know the history of the place and the people who used to live there. It's especially nice that there are washing and drying machines and many appliances in the kitchen. There is a big bottle of drinkable water when you come, which is a life-saver 🙏🏼

The apartment feels a bit "tired" with some things broken and needing attention. For example, I had to clean the shower head 🚿 because the water was barely coming out. The pots in the kitchen were not properly cleaned and there wasn't a frying pan that would be easy to hold and cook with. Some of the electric outlets and extensions don't work - I guess simply because of the time. Over our stay we also heard a dog upstairs and one night we felt a smell of dog urine. I couldn't locate where it was coming from, so, I supposed it was from upstairs.

La limpieza del apartamento dejo mucho que desear, las camas sucias ni siquiera dan ganas de acostarte. pregunte si había toallas y comentaron que si pero solo había un par para las manos y no distingues si esta limpia o no.
