Really, really great location and clean room! Included some bottles of water, shampoo, and basic cooking needs. 24/7 security.

Main draw back is the apartment is not sound proof at all. Check in procedures were a bit unclear/confusing and we weren't able to get back in touch with the host after check in when we had some questions. Pots were incompatible with the induction stove. Still enjoyed our stay though.

A great place to stay in a great area

The staff member who greeted me, Carlos, was friendly and very helpful. The place was clean. The location was great and the neighbourhood felt very safe. The roof terrace is a nice place to relax. I appreciated the clothes washing machines (I didn’t see dryers but I had time for clothes to dry). I love the art throughout the building.

My balcony door was tricky to lock and unlock. In the morning, the shower water took a while to get hot - but it did get hot, later in the morning, it got hot faster.

A good choice for a comfortable stay

Good location, quiet building, comfortable bed, on site doorman 24/7, laundry, adequate internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, portable heater for those cold nights

Moldy bathroom due to a leak (that they fixed at my request), not so good communication when one has a request via WhatsApp or booking. I had room 402 balcony in back of building and the highway noise was really loud u fortunately through the sliding doors. Advise noise sensitive folks to avoid balconies in the back.

Confortable lodging in a great location

I loved the mini kitchen with kettle, microwave, refrigerator, plates, mugs, and silverware. Very comfortable for a multi-day stay. Great location!

Convenient modern fully equipped place in a great area

Facility was complete, roomy and lovely. Great unused rooftop patio and exercise area. Free laundry was great.

But for security we never saw staff but security answered questions. We did once call the manager and were helped.

The location was really good, the room was comfortable and it offered all the utilities one needs for a few days in the city. Internet was also good.

Comfortable Centralized Location

Walkable, great area for eats, transportation, parks. King bed was comfortable, kitchenette added value. Lovely terrace (which we didn't use because it was too cold and no sun.) 24-hr doorman.

It was COLD. There was a portable heater which we had to move from room to room. No windows in living room, no sun at any time. Couch was soft, uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this place. It was poor value for the money spent.

The location was good, (if you want to stay in a neighbourhood with lots of expatriates). The security/door men were great and worked long hours.

We stayed nine nights and not once was our room cleaned. We were told it would happen after 4 days but then were told there was a "problem" with the cleaning staff! We don't expect room cleaning everyday, however it needed to be cleaned at least once. The toilet leaked, the power switch kept tripping every time the microwave was turned on, and the induction stove was temperamental.

the property is located at close proximity to the main streets. The street is quiet. The apartment is new and well fitted. It has a proper kitchen.

There is no washing machine. We stayed at the appartment 104, first level. I would not recommend to stay there. This appartment located exactly above main metal entrance door with intercom. When people come beck to or arrive, you hear the calls are coming from intercom, at the evening and the night. But biggest issue is - building water pump, located just behind the bathroom wall. To say it is loud, mean say nothing. Everytime when someone in this building use the bathrom, pump went on and make the noice equal motobike engine... Be careful. May be you would not sleep well.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient for trying to see the sights in Mexico City.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to attractions in the area. Additionally, we were there to celebrate my retirement and were greeted with a lovely note and pastures in our room.

We never saw any staff after our check in - other than the security guard at the door.

A well located apartment, good for a short stay.

I appreciated the excellent lighting. The living/kitchen area doesn’t have windows so good lighting is important. I also appreciated the multiple electrical outlets. We all have numerous electronics so it was great to have so many places to plug in. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and utensils.

It’s great to have a patio but it was quite noisy with utilities for the building located there. A new shower head would be nice.

Great option, beware of noise pollution (August 2025)

The room is spacious, comfortable and very nice. The residency services are great, as are the security guards. The location is perfect, lots to do near and great food choices to explore. Maintenance is great. Well equipped kitchen as well.

The wifi was very spotty, practically didnt work for the TV. There is literally a construction happening right outside the window that starts everyday at 9am which makes it very hard to concentrate for work. When I arrived inside the microwave there were still leftovers from previous guest.

Misleading listing and poor hygiene made for a very disappointing stay — I had to leave early.

Misrepresentation of property. It is not a loft it is a small damp room. The customer service is atrocious they have yet to respond to my several emails. They have a front desk that hands you the key no hello, no instructions on how to get to your room. Damp towels given 2 days in a row. No one in their right mind would give it a 9.0 probably made up like the descriptions of the rooms "Entire Apartment" Loft means small damp room.

Great location for a stay in CDMX

The location of Zamora was perfect for our one week stay in Mexico City. CDMX is massive but the hotel is tucked away in Condesa, walking distance to the Museum of Anthropology and surrounding galleries and museums. Fantastic breakfast and coffee spots right on your doorstep, a good homebase for a stay in Mexico City. The room has a comfy bed and a great shower!, the hosts were really attentive to any questions we had. The building has a 24 hour security dude, the area is super safe for tourists.

For the first 3 days the wifi wasn't working in our room, we had to go to the rooftop or on the street (free city wifi!) to connect - which was a little bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. There is only one small bin in the bathroom, for a longer stay a secondary bin would have been helpful, as we did prepare a couple of meals in our room and we accumulated a bit of rubbish, but also, nothing an extra plastic shopping bag wont fix.

The best value for money stay based on both the facilities and the platinum quality host assistance

The place was perfect, the host was extremely helpful with any question or need for assistance. I have rarely seen such helpful and flexible hosts! I felt home, and any question or request was answered positively within minutes. Emiliano is literally the best host I've ever seen, and I thank him so much for treating us so nicely and enhancing our stay as he did. I give this place a 10/10, only because I cannot give more!!!

I would have stayed @ a different place. Photos misleading.

I’ve been in better for the cost. At least there were a couple of beers & bottled water in the mini fridge.

Gloomy room with no direct lighting. It was fairly chilly and I requested a space heater. Turns out, there was a space heater in the closet and I didn’t notice it until the next morning. The manager never responded but staff brought a second heater. The neighbors were noisy and I had to listen to a woman getting beaten by the guy she was with, all in espanol and LOUD. I didn’t know what to do about it and no one one who obviously could hear the poor girl getting beaten seemed inclined neither. The place with nothing more than a studio with a window to an inside court yard. Maid service to clean room never showed up.
