About this house rental

There is enough room for friends and family in this gorgeous 5000 sq. ft, 6 bedroom Italianate estate to have a memorable stay in the Finger Lakes. The stone house, built in 1867, is situated on 23 acres, with winding paths through the woods. The screened in porch overlooks the 5 acres of manicured lawn, dotted with 100+ year old trees. A beautiful grand staircase, high ceilings and original wide plank pine floors lend to the history of the house. The extra large gourmet kitchen is well equipped for you and your guests to be able to enjoy your stay to the fullest. There are three decorative fireplaces, one contains a gas fireplace insert, two porches, a large dining room and three and a half baths. Located between Ithaca and Trumansburg, the Estate is convenient to both towns. Solar energy provides 100% of the electricity that The estate uses.
