Location:
The house is located in the center of Bad Bruck (870 m) - a small, traditional Austrian village in the Gastein Valley, only 60 minutes by car from Salzburg.
Bad Bruck is a district at the foot of the famous ski and health resort Bad Gastein (1002 m), known for its unique architecture, the fantastic ski runs and of course the thermal landscapes (Felsentherme in Bad Gastein, Alpentherme in Bad Hofgastein).
The house has a sunny location and offers you a view of the Gastein mountains. The gondola lifts can be reached in 5-7 minutes by bus or car as an entry into a ski area with over 200 kilometers of slopes for every performance level in the Gasteinertal destination. There is a free ski bus that stops 200 meters from the house. Good to know for everyone who loves unlimited skiing fun: The Gastein Valley is part of the extensive Amadé ski area - with over 800 km of slopes the largest ski area in Austria.
The 18 hole golf course with the beautiful mountain panorama is only 300 m away.
The riding stable with a wide range (e.g. Curative education riding, volunteering, rides, individual lessons) are within walking distance.
Tennis courts (sandy soil) are located in Bad Bruck, Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein as well as indoor courts in Bad Bruck and Bad Hofgastein.
The property is conveniently located as a starting point for many hikes - e.g. B. Gasteiner Höhenweg, hike to the Poser Höhe, into the Kötschachtal or along the level of the Gasteiner Achenweg.
In summer you can refresh yourself in the nearby swimming lake.

1 bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony with closet space and en-suite bathroom with toilet and bathtub, separate bathroom with toilet and shower
Basement:
1 large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, walk-in closet, spacious storage room, technical and laundry room (washing machine and dryer)
There is an underground parking space and an outside parking space for your car.
Dogs are only allowed after prior agreement, the final cleaning then increases by 20 EUR.
