Very cozy place which I enjoyed spending my time here. Host Bianca is very friendly, putting effort to help us out.
Love the place with the modern and antique merging each other. This is the hub for our ski trip, the ski bus accessibility to various resorts is pretty convenient.

My husband and I had a very nice stay at Villa Rosa, the flat was as described. It was clean and well located, at a more quiet part of Bad Gastein. The host Bianca was very nice and thoughtful! Plenty of outdoor activities to do nearby - we will come back :)

super location, parking in front of villa, presents (cookies) from owner, fully equipped kitchen, calm area, freedom in villa, perfectly clean with nice bathroom
Owners repeatedly provided incorrect information about current covid rules in the country/area during entire reservation period. Apartmant had very few cabinets for clothes (actually only one small for 3 people), also, there were very few hooks where to hang clothes. Ski boots were not properly dried over night (heating was ok, but missing blowing air). I was also missing direct phone number to owners (communication was through email only, phone number in email signature was always missing)

Hat alles super geklappt, Sehr schönes Apartement , tolle sehr ruhige Lage, wunderbar Aussicht. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vor der Tür und wenn man benötigt 1 Gehminute eine Bushaltestelle
Durch den Altbau hat man die Nachbarn schon gehört
