Really nice apparment to stay in

The apparmant is after reconstuction and tastefully furnished with everything we could have needed.

The bathroom has a huge window without any kind of blinds or cover, which felt a bit weird.

Fint boende med ett soligt och bra läge nära tågstationen i bad gastein.

Bra läge när mataffär, lift och kommunikationer. Fin balkong i soligt västerläge. Trevligt renoverat, modernt och fräscht.

Kan inte komma på något. Vi tycker boendet levde upp till vad vi förväntade oss.

Miły wyjazd

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do skibusa i stoku oraz do centrum i sklepu. Apartament czysty, ciepło, wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia były ..narciarnia z możliwością suszenia butów, pralnia, możliwość parkowania bez żadnego problemu Wygodne łóżka, w części kuchennej wyposażenie umożliwiające przygotowanie i zjedzenie posiłków.. Zapas ręczników papierowych, kapsułek z kawą i płynu do kąpieli. Bardzo miłe powitanie- butelka proseco.

Mały minus. łazienka starego typu, ale czysta. Przydałaby się większą patelnia

Schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

1. Die Lage: Optimal gelegen, zur Gondel, zum Supermarkt, zur Therme, super zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar 2. Das großzügige Bad mit Fußbodenheizung 3. Skikeller

1. Die schlechte WLAN Verbindung (nicht in allen Räumen verfügbar, ruckelt) 2. Geruch im Treppenhaus 3. Fehlende Auflaufform für den Backofen 4. Besen oder Staubsauger zum Reinigen der Küche (wir haben dann zwischendurch einfach den Staubsauger von unten kurz "geklaut")

Siehe oben. Die Küchensusstattung ist etwas zu knapp. Es fehlt ein großer Topf z.B.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett gestaltet.

Es gibt zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Vor allem im Bad - das Bad ist ein Problem.

Ubytování splnilo mé očekávání. Doporučuji

Připravenost pokoje (čistota, praktické vybavení, zaslání kódu pro otevření dveří). Blízko nádraží a obchod (Spar). Bezproblémová přímá pěší cesta k lanovce/sjezdovce Stubnerkogelbahn po chodníku podchodem pod tratí a silnicí v lyžařských botech. Možnost využití lyžárny ve sklepě (stojany na lyže, ventilace, sušení lyžařských bot). Klidná a tichá oblast. Téměř nulový provoz na hlavní silnici (50 metrů) v noci. Noční nákladní vlaky (100m) jezdí tiše (nové koleje, odhlučnění, moderní vozidla, elektrický provoz).

V apartmánu číslo jedna jsem zjistil jen tyto drobné nedostatky: 1. Uvolněná/zkroucená obložka (futra) dveří koupelny neumožňuje uzavření těchto dveří. 2. velký hrnec na vaření má vypouklé dno (> 5 mm). Styk hrnce se sklokeramickou varnou deskou je minimální (obvodová kružnice). Nedochází vůbec k přechodu tepla. Není možné v něm vařit. 3. Vestavěná chladnička neposkytuje dostatečný chladicí výkon. Kompresor pracuje, termostat spíná, těsnění nepoškozené. Evidentně únik chladiva. V mrazicím prostoru sotva ztuhne máslo (odhaduji tak -2°C), chladicí prostor > 10°C. Ta lednice to má za sebou (přitom kvalitní značka). Hrnec je technický zmetek. Jedná se o drobné až úsměvné závady, které jistě pronajímatel/správce brzy odstraní k plné spokojenosti budoucích hostů.

Die Größe ist toll. Die Lage ideal für alle Ausflüge. Genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten und Platz für alles. Sehr modern und angenehm eingerichtet.
