Very good apartment.

A very well-furnished apartment with easy access to the ski bus - 150 meters away. One stop and you're at the main ski resort. Excellent contact with the owner. There's a ski room with boot dryers. I recommend it.

Perfect

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. The apartment is well equipped, in the kitchen you will find all necessary stuff you need. Location is good. The bus stop is just a minute walk. Stubnerkogelbahn is just 15 min walk. There are locker for ski stuff in the basement. Private car parking. Easy communication with the owner and very easy check-in.

I do not have anything to say bad about the apartment.

Exceptional

+ The apartment is very large and nicely furnished. It has the cozy feel of a place for actual living, way above standard for a short-term rental. For a longer stay, this is a huge plus. + The communication with the host was flawless. + Nice view of the mountains right from the bedrooms windows. + Bus stop about 100m away, with a bus going to the railway station (we arrived by train). + The washmachine and dryer in the basement. For a family and/or longer stay, again, a huge plus!!

- The dining room window is facing the railway, so you can't sleep on the couch there with an open window, it's too noisy (with a closed window it's fine). - The description mentions two bathrooms, which is misleading. In fact, there is just a separate toilet with a small sink and a bathroom with a shower and a normal sink (without the toilet). Admiteddly, the two bathrooms sounded a bit too good to be true...

Very nice

Nice, big appartment with two bedrooms and extra bed in the livingroom. Very well equipped kitchen. A lots books and games to use. Only 100m from the skibus at Mozarts Platz. Very close to the center of city.

Do not hesitate...we would definitively book this apartment again.

Very good location near the town center and gorgeous waterfall. Location offers good starting point for skiing on 4 different nearby slopes which we found quite interesting. Town itself is also very beautiful and offers some great views down there to Bad Hofgastein. Rooms are big, spatious, big smart TV. Inside building garage is additional bonus as outside parkings sometimes might be fully occupied. We are happy and would definitively suggest this apartment to others. Price is very reasonable for this region too.

Maybe just one warn to all drivers with roof box. Inside building garage has little low entrance so be extremely careful. We nearly kiss the door on the upper side (salon car). Otherwise nothing major to emphasize and that we didn't like.

Enjoyed our stay, everything was close to perfect.

This place was perfect for us traveling as a group of 5. There was plenty of space, a huge kitchen, good beds and a nice tv. In total, the facilities could not have been much better and the apartment had all the necessities.

The apartment was around 800 m straight uphill to the city center.

Recht Zentrale Lage, sehr großzügiges, modern ausgestattetes komfortables Appartement, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vermieterin sehr nett, alles sehr unkompliziert.

Lediglich die sehr steile Rampe/ Auffahrt zum Parkplatz.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge😍 Das Appartement war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ab Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kommen gerne nochmal wieder😊
