Good location, kind and helpful host, good for family/couple

The host couple is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The apartment’s location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the nearby bus stop with direct connections to Bad Gastein Bahnhof, and several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The view from our room is wonderful, and with the snowfall, it was simply perfect. If we visit Bad Gastein again, we will come back to this place. We are a family traveling with a child, and the host very kindly provided both pick-up from and drop-off at the train station.

There were no major issues. However, the base of a couple of dining chairs felt a bit unstable, so we avoided using them as they seemed like they might collapse inward. This didn’t affect our stay, as we simply used the other available chairs.

A great getaway place in Bad Gastein

A very cozy apartment in a historic building, spacious and with a lot of windows. The living room is full of books and games for all ages. The couch is very comfy. The kitchen has a million utensils, it is exceptionally equipped. There's a coffee machine, a full stove with an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle. Washing and dishwashing machines are also there. The host also provided each one of us with a personal set of keys, which is very convenient. The bedroom features two bunk beds, but they are so wide, one could fit three people there. Very comfortable and with strategically-located power outlets. The bathroom was clean and everything was working well. Overall, we felt like home, and I would like to highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Comfortable flat with touch of style in historical building sets skiing experience to another level

Our family enjoyed apartment very much. Kitchen fully equipped with all necessary things and big table for family dinner with nice view to valley. Two rooms are suitable for up to 6 persons, if sharing beds (2+2+2), The sleeping was perfect after all day on mountain. We traveled with car, house don't have dedicated parking, but it can be found on street one level higher for free. For unloading the kids and equipment we stopped on side the road for 2 couple minutes near the entrance.

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvolles und gemütliches Appartement. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Super Appartement in der Nähe zum Wasserfall

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe zum Wasserfall. Der Wasserfallweg und die Zipline sind direkt um die Ecke erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr schön ausgebaut und sehr gut ausgestattet!

Das Haus/Apartment verfügt leider über keine eigenen Parkplätze.

Tolle Lage, Toller Ausblick, sehr gutes Appartment

Alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden (Toepfe, Teller etc) , die Lage ist sehr zentral (man kann das Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichen ). Ich kann das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub in traumhafter Kulisse.

Der zu Bad Gastein passende Altbauchcharme in Verbindung mit einer modernen Ausstattung und der super Lage. Grundsätzlich ausgestattet, wie man es nur bei privaten Vermietern findet. Von ausreichend WC Papier bis zum Olivenöl blieben keine Wünsche während des gesamten Aufenthaltes offen.

Nichts was nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde. Z. B. keine zugeordneten Parkplätze am Haus, Parkhaus aber in weniger Minuten erreichbar und ein Wochenticket kostet 36 Euro. Einfahrthöhe 1,90m. Internet im Ort nicht für Nutzermassen wie in den Weihnachtsferien ausgelegt. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Blöd ist nur, wenn der Fernseher ausschließlich über Magenta streamt und es regelmäßig zu Ausfällen kommt. Die eine störte es, den anderen nicht.
