This 1,141-square-foot condo is full of comfort, offering a private balcony, a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts - all within walking distance of the sugar-sand beach!
The gated Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is located on the shores of Miramar Beach, with grounds that feature indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You can walk or ride the tram to the beach, or reach more than a dozen golf courses by taking a short drive. You'll be two miles east of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and less than four miles west of the entrance to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall this condo is really nice but attention to detail is needed. Two beds were creaky/broke upon arrival (one of the twin beds and the king size bed). They were very uncomfortable and it made it difficult to get a good nights rest. The kitchen also does not have any essentials. The pans that were in the kitchen are outdated and this caused a lot of our food to stick to the pan. For the most part in the kitchen, all the dishes were dirty upon arrival. The ceiling fans were full of collected dusts, so we couldn’t turn then one without having dust fly everywhere. The shower curtain in the second bathroom has stains on it that look gross. Overall we love staying at Tops’l Summit and have multiple times now. It was still a great experience but these little minor details did make it a little difficult for us to fully enjoy the experience.
