This Newly Renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of The Summit within the exclusive Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort and sleeps comfortably up to 8 people. It offers 2 king size bedrooms, both having their own full baths, 2 queen size beds, and an additional full bath with a garden tub. The living room also includes a large sectional with five recliners comfortable enough to nap on. It also includes a kitchen and dining area seating a total of 8, a living room and 2 outdoor tables, also seating a total of 8. The studio is inclusive with the 2 queen beds previously mentioned, a refrigerator, a microwave, and the bathroom, with the garden tub. Both the studio and the 2 bedroom unit have outside access just steps away from the swimming pool, BBQ area, and the hot tub with the beach being just a brief (approx. 5 minutes) walk away. And if walking isn't your thing, this wonderful condo also offers a tram service as well for a small fee. This unit can be rented as a Studio with 1 room that sleeps 4, 2 bedroom that sleeps 4, or 3 bedroom that sleeps 8. Check-in time will be 4pm and check-out time will be no later than 10am.

The kitchen and living area has been updated from what the pictures show. Beautiful update! The only really downside is the location of the condo. It was just a few steps from the pool which was great! But from the entrance door, it is right next to the elevators and luggage carts. The noise really echos when people are gathered there and coming in late at night. We were in the master suite and didn’t hear the noise but son and daughter-in-law in front bedroom heard everything.

We’ve stayed her before and will likely keep coming back. Very clean and convenient first floor unit with easy access to pool and outdoor area. Ideal for family groups. Kinda wish they’d kept the sleeper sofa but the two double beds in the third bedroom accommodates everyone. Nice updated kitchen.

Only one grill and always in use. Unit needs a keurig and garbage bags. Wasn’t clear what cleaning / household goods were needed. Pool and beach were clean and enjoyable.
