The spacious living room features an oversized 85” smart TV, plush seating, and an L shaped queen sleeper sofa – perfect for family movie nights or mid-day naps. Our spacious villa offers two downstairs king suites, each beautifully decorated and equipped with brand new 65” smart TV’s. The primary king suite features a private en-suite bathroom (new shower and vanities), while the second downstairs king suite offers an en-suite bathroom (new tub/shower and vanities) with convenient hallway access. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious third primary king suite with brand new 65” smart TV, his and her closets, and a private bathroom (new shower and vanities with double sinks), as well as a cozy loft area featuring a queen sleeper sofa and gaming TV – ideal for kids, teens, or anyone needing a quiet space to relax or play. This was our second time staying in this location. We love it. House is clean and stocked well. A quick golf cart ride to the beach or to the store. The wharf @ Baytowne is also a favorite spot to take the kids and to eat dinner each night. Will be staying here again.

Our group consisted of three couples in town for a veterinary conference at Sandestin. All of us were very impressed with this VRBO. First, and most importantly, it was CLEAN. Spotless, in fact. It had plenty of room and we were all glad to have such large beds. Linens and towels were included which is always convenient. Initially, we didn’t think we could use the golf cart, but it actually came in very useful. We used it to go the beach and to Harbor Town a couple times. It was also nice that it was available while a few members of the group took the car to the conference for part of each day. The kitchen is spacious. We had a couple questions when we arrived and upon texting the management company we received a response within minutes. If we come to this conference again we will stay here.
