Welcome to the Tops’l community of Sierra Dunes, a low-key oasis for any beach traveler. Situated in the Tops’l Resort gated community, Knot Too Shabby abuts the Coffeen Nature Preserve which provides tropical vistas along with peace and quiet. Knot Too Shabby is a gem that boasts comfort, class, and convenience. This bayside treasure is a one floor, single family home, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home provides everything you could possibly need on your next trip to Miramar Beach.
The home has a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious dining area with 8-person table. Along with 2 living rooms, this open concept space is perfect for large family gatherings and snowbirds looking to entertain friends and family as they escape the winter months.
When it comes to loved ones, everyone will have comfort and space they crave. This home sleeps 8 comfortably, but may be able to accommodate up to 12. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with an attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with access to the hall bathroom.
Just off the living area, you’ll find the real reason to stay at this beachy treasure—a pool! Escape into tranquility as you enjoy your private oasis, screened and equipped with loungers, tables, and shade. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and easy access to the beach! Everything we could need was onsite and made for an easy careful free week for our family of 5! The on-site staff and My Vacay Haven was incredibly responsive and helpful at every turn. We are so so thankful and pleased with our stay!!Only downside, we were not able to access the resort amenities. The property advertises gym access for a fee, this was inaccurate.
