Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo had no frills but we were only looking for location and clean. It did provide us both
Positives: location to beach/fitness center (which is great)/pools/hot tub. Clean. Friendly staff. Golf cart availability to be driven around. Beach is clean. Pools were nice
Negatives: no towels or chairs for the beach (the ones on the beach are for a fee). A lot of beach “rules”-not a dealbreaker, but definitely worth noting

Loved being on first floor and right next to pool. So easy to just wait kids.

We enjoyed being on the fist floor, near the pool and parking lot. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space. The furniture and beds are little worn and could use updating.
