Brew up your morning coffee or prepare full-course dinners in your bright, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The sunny and open great room includes two tables with seating for up to 10, a cozy living area, a wet bar, and easy access out to your 475 square foot, furnished balcony. On-site, enjoy a wide variety of deluxe, resort amenities including multiple pools, a hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, and even a tropical bar. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

This resort is located just one mile from the 210-acre Coffeen Nature Preserve, home to scenic walking paths and a historic World War II missile-testing site that you can visit by reservation. Grand Boulevard is also close, offering both casual and upscale dining and a variety of shops. For additional restaurants and retail options, check out the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And for adventures on and in the water, numerous golf courses, and other attractions, visit the city of Destin located 11 miles west.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
