Recently upgraded with professional décor, luxurious furnishings, and stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout, this beachfront retreat sets the stage for your perfect getaway.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, while a washer and dryer add extra convenience. Sleeping up to eight, the condo includes a king bed in the master suite, a queen and twin-over-twin bunk in the guest room, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and double vanity, while the guest bath has a shower/tub combo.

We had a wonderful stay. The view was awesome. We love the fact there were no busy streets to cross to access the beach. This was our 3 rd time renting Beach Manor 802 and will definitely rent again!

We loved the views from this unit and accessibility to the beach. Having a state park nearby afforded long walks on very quiet beaches. We will return!

The Beach Manor location is great. The kitchen is small and could be better equipped with utensils, cookware and dishes The living room sofa and chairs are pretty worn out and need to be updated. A new mattress in the primary bedroom is needed. The living area could use better lighting - it is dark. Gibson rental group were great and responded quickly to a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. We appreciated that.

We’ve stayed at Topsl many times and love the location and beach. This was our first time in 802. Check in was very easy. The unit was clean. It does not look directly onto the beach but I knew that ahead of time. There is still a pretty good view of the water. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. We were surprised by the lack of amenities-especially in the kitchen. Usually in VRBOs, there is at least salt and pepper. Often , there is even oil, spices, etc left over. We had none of that. There is no ice maker. The lighting is inadequate- especially in the bathroom. So even though I can’t wait to go back to Beach Manor, I will stick with some of the other units. Nancy
