Welcome to our 2BR Oasis in Paradise: Beach Manor B-313
You know that feeling when you have finally arrived and now you can relax? This is where it begins! Kick off your shoes and make your way to the balcony, sink into the chair and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, listen to the sound of the surf and let it melt all your stresses away. There is no question that this is the place to be. Spoil yourself just a little and make your Florida vacation one to cherish. With newly updated decor, linens, appliances, flooring and always sure to please this will be a family vacation to keep close to your heart. With the installation of a new Ice machine in the condo, you won't have to purchase it elsewhere.
Our two bedroom, beachfront condo is located on the 3rd floor of one of the most desirable buildings on the gulf, Tops'l Beach Manor. This property backs up to the Sandestin Resort. This Condo has been completely updated and you will find it has many of the qualities of a custom home. It sleeps 8.
As you enter the living area, you are drawn to the amazing view ahead of the famous Emerald Coast. Now you know you have arrived. The living area features a unique view of the Gulf. The sofa is a queen size sleeper for additional accommodations.
The kitchen features lovely cabinetry, lighting, new appliances including a stand alone Ice Machine for your convenience.
The master bedroom also faces the ocean and has the same panoramic view with an entire wall of windows and balcony access. It features a king-sized bed and tastefully appointed furnishings. The Master bath has custom tile work on the shower/tub enclosure and a new custom vanity with granite counter top. The 2nd Bedroom features 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a separate bathroom.
Tops'l Resort has long been noted as a great resort along the Emerald Coast. Tops'l is much less crowded than other nearby locations on the beach. The area highlights include 4 world-class golf courses. A world of activities are available and you will be able to experience them all while staying at Tops'l Beach Manor
The Village at Baytowne Wharf is not to be missed within Sandestin Resort on the North side of Hwy 98. 'It's like New Orleans & Seaside Community all rolled into one place'. They've built New Orleans architecture, with cobblestone streets - pathways - alley's - & gas lights. There's music & food everywhere, specialty shops, candy maker shop, the village bakery, & the entire place is just dripping with atmosphere. There's something for every member of the family. Music on the green is the fare during most in-season & many other nights of the year.

THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

This condo was excellent! Gorgeous view of the beach and emerald water. The host prompt to respond to any questions . The beds comfortable, couches good for relaxing, the kitchen stocked with all we needed. Definitely a place we want yr return to for future visits!

Good location and adequate amenities for the facility. The condo was clean. The owner was accomodating and easy to communicate with prior to arrival. It would help if there was better or clearer information in the condo regarding the varies needs and locations of different aspects of the stay. (Key fab, location of different things on the property, etc..,) Overall though, a nice place!

This place has such a pretty view, and was super clean. Was more spacious than I thought it would be. Communication with the owner was super easy and responded quickly. Not that we had any issues. The only minor downside, is they will not allow you to set up umbrellas on the beach if you’re in front of the condo rental chairs. You have to rent chairs if you want umbrellas , and you can only set up in a limited area behind or in the very front of these chairs. But none of that is in the owners control. We still had an amazing trip and would love to visit one day in the cooler months when it’s less busy! Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are also available in lockers on the bottom floor provided by owner. Which was great because we forgot our chairs. They also set up blow up projectors near the pool and had movie nights , even had a popcorn machine. Very family oriented. We had a great trip and would definitely book here again!

We loved staying at Beach Manor 313. This is our second time coming to Spring Break at the Beach Manor. Our first time staying at Paul's condo and it won't be our last! The bunk room was perfect for our three teen boys. So close to the pools, beach and mini golf. Paul was attentive to texts and wonderful to communicate with. This condo has such a beautiful view of the Gulf. Our family enjoyed the beach and even did some fishing right from the shore. What we love most about Beach Manor is that it is next to the state park and so it is not overly packed like it is down by Sandestin. The property is clean and safe. Can't wait to come back!
