Beachside three bedroom, three and one half bath villa is totally renovated with all new designer furnishings throughout. It's situated alongside Baytowne golf course, within walking distance to the beach, and the pool is just steps away from the front door.
6 seater golf cart, beach umbrellas, chairs ,and beach toys included!!
This Gorgeous two story villa features a lovely living space with 65" HDTV w/Netflix & Chromecast, along other Apps and, Blu-Ray/DVD player. There is a fully furnished mini bar including a separate ice maker and beverage drawers! Just off the living room is the screened porch, an ideal place to sit and relax. The patio features a Coyote gas grill along with a large fire table!
The fully furnished High-End kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter- tops and breakfast bar with seating for four. There is also a large dining table with seating for six. A separate laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, and plenty of shelf space. An additional full size refrigerator/freezer is located in the garage.
The downstairs bedroom and bath is located just off the living area, and it is furnished with two Queen size beds, a flat screen TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. There is an additional entrance to the screened porch, which is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.
The upstairs master suite features a king size bed, 55" flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, large walk-in closet, and access to the screened in balcony. The bath features two separate vanities, large walk-in shower with seat and steam generator, and a Luxurious Freestanding Kohler tub.

This was our second stay at this property. Communication with the homeowners was fantastic. The location, along with the golf cart, is perfect for getting to the beach or anywhere in Sandestin. The amenities they offer are great. Beach chairs, games, ice machine. Will stay here again!

Amazing property, much bigger than the pictures look. Plenty of room for my husband and I, with our adult son, our daughter and her husband and our 2 grandsons. The home had everything you would need! Even beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, a wagon and of course the golf cart!! Just perfect! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and provided anything and everything we needed. We loved using the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping, or anywhere else we wanted to go in Sandestin. Having a garage to park in was a bonus providing a dry and lit area to load and unload. Overall, an amazing place to stay and I’m super picky! Looking forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was so cozy. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved the short walk/golf cart ride to the beach, the sparkling clean neighborhood pool, the golf cart and the screened space in the back.
My only complaint is that the internet was not very stable - it went out multiple times a week for us while we were there, but that’s out of the owner’s control.
