Welcome to "Beach & Beignet," a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom second-floor condominium located on Tivoli Way in the stunning Sandestin Resort. This retreat offers privacy, convenience, and proximity to the white sand beaches just 0.05 miles away. Enjoy a myriad of activities without ever leaving the resort, including access to the beach, community pools, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping.

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years.
- Max Occupancy: 10 guests.
- Parking: 2 standard size vehicles.
- Incidentals Hold: $700.00. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival.
- Amenities: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen Appliances: Standard appliances & Keurig coffee maker.
- Bikes: Not included, but available to rent for an extra fee.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT & Check-out at 9:00 AM CDT.

Our stay at this property was great. It was just at we expected as described. The floor plan was spacious the kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked properly with exception of the ice maker. The furnishings were cozy, comfortable beds with extra blankets. It was equipped with everything needed for the first night as described. The towels were very nice & each bathroomhad an extra set.Its good to take note that 2 flights of stairs are required. One getting into the property and abbitional flight after opening the door. This was expected as shownin the photos & description. The screened in patio is on the east side if the building so if an eveing on the patio is your thing its perfect overlooking the plush golf course. My family of 6 stayed and we accessed most everything. Pool is just around the corner and beach access is an easy walk but the golf cart to haul your beach accessories is a must & was very convenient getting around around the beautiful Sandestin property.The management was over & above kind and eager to make our stay everything we hoped for. The email & text reminders were a big help.The Jack & Jill bathroom shower is not as updated as the others and that is not noticable in the photos but that was not a problem for our group.The loft up the spiral staircase with 2 full size bunks, a live seat & TV iscomplete with a closet so can be an extra bedroom but is not private. It's a great extra space for additional guests.I recommend & would stay agai

We enjoyed staying at this property. It's very close to the pool, has a nice view of the golf course, and is a somewhat short walk or drive to the beach. There are quite a few stairs though - up to the front door, just inside the front door, and to the upstairs loft/bunkbed room. We got used to them but they made move in and move out more challenging. Overall, a nice area to stay in.

The house was not cleaned well. Carpeted areas were not vacuumed and hard surface floors were filthy. Back porch had food/snacks on the floor so we had to clean which was unfortunate. The “4th bedroom”is actually a loft with bunk beds and a winding staircase that would seem to be dangerous for children. No door, no privacy. Above all, that was the most disappointing as we had 4 couples and were counting on 4 bedrooms as advertised! Will not stay with this property company in the future.
