About this house rental
"Blue Haven" is a lovely, completely renovated, Tivoli Townhome on the Beach side of Sandestin Resort. Blue Haven comes with a golf cart and is located on Baytowne Golf Course near Sandestin Beach, Tivoli's community pool, and all of Sandestin's amenities. The Beach is only 0.5 miles away, and this home offers quick access via our 6-seat golf cart.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Traveled to SanDestin for a CE conference. Rental was spacious, clean and offered an extremely relaxing environment during our downtime. Updated space with modern amenities - and, very comfortable beds! We will definitely return.

The property was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable and perfectly fit our needs. We had kiddos that enjoyed the bunk room. A picture of the stairs on the outside of, and leading into the building, needs to be placed in the listing. We had an elderly family member with us and the stairs were unexpected, and proved difficult. We also had an internet outage in the building occur during our stay. This was problematic as a family member was trying to work remotely during our stay. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

The rental was fine, however I was a bit dismayed when we arrived into the area much earlier than expected and asked if we could get into the unit just 45 minutes before check-in time and was told I would have to pay $50 to check-in early, 45 minutes early. The unit was ready and just waiting for the next occupant. I don't feel that 45 minutes is too much to accommodate travelers that just drove 15 plus hours. We've stayed in several different rentals within the Sandestin community and requesting an early check-in was never an issue and there was never an additional charge. I felt that was pretty poor customer service. so we sat in our vehicle right outside the unit for 45 minutes until the 4:00 check-in time. I will not be renting from this company in the future.
