Start every morning with a hot cup of coffee and commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and the neighboring nature preserve off your furnished balconies, and then head out to sample the many deluxe amenities available at this resort including a steam room, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and basketball courts. And in the evening, you can dine at one of two on-site restaurants.
This location is ideal for guests of all ages! Outdoor enthusiasts will have Topsail Hill Preserve State Park only four-and-a-half miles east with three miles of pristine beaches and endless outdoor activities that include fishing, cycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, and swimming. Families can easily travel to downtown Miramar Beach, explore the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, or shop and dine at Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north. The charming beach town of Destin is only 11 miles west, and make sure you stop at Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park to enjoy all the exciting water slides.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I truly loved the view of this location and it overlooked a beautiful forest that had my morning songs for 7 days. I do not regret anything about this vacation condo at Miramar Beach. The condo was well put together with decor and accents. I never forgot I was on vacation everything in the condo everything said beach vacation. I really appreciated the kitchen being complete with EVERYTHING I needed even a crockpot (O my goodness!). When you vacation with your kids you know their tastebuds and picky eating combined can be a recipe for disaster trying to configure 3/4 meals a day and a well-stocked kitchen with good appliances really is a plus! The owners have really taken the time to make this a good vacation place with a nice home feeling. I have not complaints. Check-in was sweet and simple and the front desk staff checked on us twice during our stay. The young lady at the front registration with the leopard boots ( LOVE, LOVE, LOVE) was so pleasant and gave me everything I needed to have a successful vacation on the property. Thank you young lady I failed to remember her name but Thank you! I loved our 2021 family vacation here and when we want to visit Miramar Beach in the future this will be my go-to location. Thank you again!
