“Reel Paradise” is a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of the Summit building at Tops’l Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. Just .2 miles from the beach, the walk is quick and easy—no major roads to cross within this private, gated resort.
Step inside and enjoy the soothing coastal décor and freshly renovated spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features spacious granite countertops, ample cabinetry, and new stainless-steel appliances, along with a Keurig, dishwasher, and washer/dryer for added convenience. The living room offers a large flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. From here, step onto your private patio with comfortable seating and serene views of Topsail Hill State Preserve.
The master bedroom boasts a brand-new king bed, flat-screen TV, direct balcony access, and an updated private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. This was a last minute trip and we have stayed on the property many times. This unit was very nice, very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this unit as we are somewhat particularly about cleanliness and this one exceeded our standards. The only negative is that this unit does not have access to tennis. My daughter and I brought rackets and planned to play. We went onto one of the courts but were chased off after about 10 minutes by a young kid on a cart. We were on one of 10 courts and none were in use. He was not particularly nice even when we told him that if anyone came to play on the court we would be happy to leave but since they were literally all open we didn't see the issue. He explained that the courts were only accessible to owners and those who rented through a specific management company. There were plenty of other activities on property that were accessible - Putt Putt, Shuffleboard, etc. so it wasn't a big deal but it seemed petty that they wouldn't let us hit for a while considering that the courts were all open. Everything else was great and this would not be a deal breaker since everything else was wonderful but since this is a "Beach and Racquet" resort, it's worth noting so that those wanting to play tennis are aware. The listing was accurate and did not mention tennis, it was just our oversight since we have stayed on property many times and assumed tennis was an option. In any case, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

I love the Rental everything is in a great location it was clean,cozy the only thing I didn't like about my rental was it were connect to another room but the manager was very helpful and make sure that next room was put on hold until we check out later that week.
