Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Very clean. It had everything we needed. We love Tops’l and have been coming here for the last 15 years. The inside of this condo was possibly the nicest unit in The Summit we have stayed in. Just book it.

Perfect for family with kids. Clean, spacious, close enough to the beach to relax. The pictures really don’t do it justice.
One thing to note for those with babies/toddlers- we were surprised that there were no bathtubs in unit, Only showers. I know that would have been a deal breaker for us not long ago so wanted to call that out. Otherwise, amazing!
