You'll fall in love with the award-winning TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort when you stay at this super-comfortable villa. While you're here, be sure to enjoy the appetizers, smoothies, delicious cocktails, wraps, and pizza at Club Tiki, one of the resort restaurants. There are USPTA-Certified tennis professionals available at the spectacular tennis facilities and on-site massage therapists at the community fitness center, along with a sauna and steam room. The community basketball court is the perfect place to challenge a friend to a game before a soothing dip in one of the community pools.
Take in a good movie at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10 then head over to Silver Sands Premium Outlets for some great shopping at Eddie Bauer, FOSSIL, G.H. Bass & Co., Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, and Clarks. Of course, the beach is just a short walk away, so consider renting a bike from YOLO Board + Beach, less than three miles away, to cruise along the shoreline.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We actually lost our son in an automobile accident the week before and needed a break from the world for a few days- this place did the trick and the owner was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

This set of properties has always been top notch in cleanliness and pest-free zone. Everything is organized and well communicated. Property is well managed. With that being said, here are some suggestions. Front access door needs a lock. Small kid can open the door and easily walk out. Upgrade the shower heads. Ones currently there are ancient designs that don't have good spread. Toilet flush buttons aren't easy to operate and convenient. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

The house had plenty space to accommodate all the guest, we noticed some of the stove burners were not working I didn’t reported, the bathtub was getting backed up I called and let them know, while I was out they came and fix it. Overall I had a very satisfactory stay, hopefully the stove gets fixed.
We have stay here at tops’l at least 7 times

This place was great. It was quiet and relaxing. I love how they have multiple pools and even one with a bar. The fitness center was spacious and abundant. The beach was walking distant which was awesome. The apt itself was cozy and really pretty from inside. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Will definitely be returning.
