A weekend getaway for two.

The host was super kind and helpful. The room is super comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing, and it’s only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We will come back for sure!

Unterkunft gut, aber vollkommen inakzeptable Kommunikation

Die Unterkunft selbst war in Ordnung und vor allem Nadine war absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Wie beschrieben, war die Unterkunft an sich gut und wir hätten ursprünglich 8 oder sogar 9 Sterne vergeben. Leider wurde dieser Eindruck jedoch durch die Kommunikation des Vermieters deutlich beeinträchtigt. Schon während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir mehrfach kontaktiert und aktiv dazu gedrängt, eine 10-Sterne-Bewertung abzugeben – inklusive zugesandter Beispielbewertungen. Diese aufdringlichen Nachrichten haben bereits währenddessen unseren Eindruck negativ beeinflusst. Nach unserer ehrlichen 7-Sterne-Bewertung erhielten wir eine erneute Nachricht, in der uns sogar gesagt wurde, unsere Bewertung könne angeblich dazu führen, dass eine Mitarbeiterin (Nadine) ihren Arbeitsplatz verliert. Eine solche Aussage und die Verknüpfung von Gästebewertungen mit internen Personalentscheidungen sind vollkommen unakzeptabel und absolut unprofessionell. Das hat unseren Gesamteindruck bedauerlicherweise massiv verschlechtert.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles war perfekt! Oliver und Nadine kümmern sich täglich um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste! Einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Balkon mit extrem kurzem Weg zum laden findet man sehr sehr selten 👍

Mir hat die schnuckelig Wohnung schon beim Buchen gut gefallen, sie hatte in Real noch mehr Charme... So liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich kann mich bei allem nur den 10 Punkte Bewertungen der anderen anschließen. Es war alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.Was ich jedoch besonders hervorheben möchte ist, daß bei diesem Vermieter der Service nicht bei der Buchung aufhört. Ganz im Gegenteil... Oliver hat mich bei meiner Ankunft persönlich empfangen, hat mir die Koffer in die Wohnung getragen, hat mir alles in der Wohnung erklärt und hat fast täglich nachgefragt, ob ich mich wohl fühle, oder ob ich noch einen Wunsch habe... Das nenne ich Gastfreundschaft pur und habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Neben einer wunderschönen Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage findet man hier Vermieter mit Herz, die wirklich bemüht sind einem einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Vielen Dank. LG. Tina

Die Lage der Wohnung.

Die Ecken an der Dusche sind sehr unsauber. Im Toilettenbereich ist es sehr eng. Es ist ein Einraumapp. mit Doppelbett und kein App. mit Schlafzimmer, wie angegeben. Der Balkonbereich mit den Pflanzen wirkte sehr vernachlässigt.

Wir waren zum Lichterzauber in Travemünde. Das Apartment liegt gegenüber dem Godewindpark. Ideal gelegen. Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Promenade ist es nicht weit.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl....

Da das Zimmer direkt an der Straße liegt, wäre es schön wenn Gardinen oder Plissees angebracht werden, dass man nicht immer die Vorhänge zu ziehen muss.
