服務親切，訊息回覆快，接待快速，可以寄放行李（先告知住宿方）。
位置方便接近火車總站，晚上出門行走並沒有特別感受到不安全，機能佳，附近有超市（billa但偏小），也靠近其他路面電車站，走路就能到美景宮。
房間寬敞舒適，採光佳，三位成人也很足夠，有小客廳以及功能齊全的廚房，冰箱大且有冷凍功能。冷氣強，就算夏天來也不會熱，衛浴分離，乾淨舒適，熱水夠熱，水量不會太小。
廚房排水孔排水速度較慢，但不會嚴重影響使用體驗，反應給住宿方後也表示退房後會安排修理！👍🏻

This apartment comes with cooking facilities, which we really appreciated. The beds were acceptable, though the pillows were too soft for our liking. As for the location, it is slightly away from the old town, so we mostly used Uber or purchased daily tram tickets to get around. My youth used Lime scooters, which cost around €4 to ride from Vienna concert venue back to apartment.
The sofa bed is quite small, and my two older boys felt a bit cramped sleeping on it. It should be fine for younger kids, but not ideal for teenagers. If there were an option to add an extra bed, it would make the stay much more comfortable.

Very close to central rail station
A bit far from the historic downtown - but easy to walk or take public transportation

The location and cleanliness are super good. Bed are comfy too.
The only thing didn't work was there was no hot water for shower which is really inconvenience especially during this hot summer.
