Very clean and in a lovely neighborhood.

There was no separate bedroom. The bed and fold out couch were in the same room as the living room. It will accommodate three or four people, but all must sleep in one room. There were only two pillows for sleeping. There is no parking directly near the house.

Als ein Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise war es perfekt!

Gute Lage, nachts, sehr leise, die Einrichtung war hell, aufgeräumt und praktisch. Sehr gemütliches Bett und auch die Couch war sehr bequem für zwei Teenager. Erklärungen zur Schlüsselbox, Wohnung und Müllcontainer war sehr detailliert und gut nachvollziehbar.

Wir waren nur drei Nächte vor Ort und haben immer auswärts gegessen. Wenn man länger bleibt, bräuchte man vielleicht etwas mehr Gläser oder Besteck.

Nie wieder mit StayFritz!!!

Dass wir wieder abreisen konnten.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in der Region Tegernsee eine Ferienwohnung gemietet, die von StayFritz verwaltet wird. 1. Wir können leider über die Hausverwaltung durch StayFritz erneut kein positives Feedback geben. Die gesamte Abwicklung mit StayFritz haben wir als extrem anonym, ineffektiv, fehlerhaft und zögerlich erlebt. 2. Es gab keine 24-Stunden-Rezeption wie in der Beschreibung von Booking.Com angegeben, weder telefonisch, noch persönlich vor Ort. 3. Eine verständliche Beschreibung zum frühzeitig vereinbarten Zugang der Wohnung haben wir nicht erhalten. Die durch Booking.com als SMS angekündigten Zugangsdaten zum Zugang für die Wohnung haben wir nicht – wie angekündigt - erhalten. Die Wohnungsübergabe (Check-In) ist nicht zum frühzeitig von uns übermittelten Zeitpunkt erfolgt, sondern erst nach mehrfachem, zunächst wiederholt erfolglos telefonischen Rückruf. 4. Katastrophal schlecht war für uns, dass wir weder vorab per Mail noch in der Wohnung irgendwelche Informationen vorgefunden haben, z.B. zur Müllentsorgung, zum Standort der Mülltonnen, zu Ärzten, zum Check-Out u.v.a.m. – Informationen, die allgemein üblich sind 5. Der WLAN-Zugang wurde uns durch StayFritz erst am Tag unserer Abreiseübermittelt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung wurde uns erst sehr spät, telefonisch und sehr kompliziert, ermöglicht. 6. Die Tegernsee-Karten, die uns in Rechnung gestellt wurden, haben wir erst verspätet auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage erhalten. 7. Für das Internet-TV haben wir keinerlei Anleitung bekommen. Insbesondere war es unmöglich, die gängigen Life Sendungen von ARD, ZDF usw. zu empfangen. 8. Der Kleiderschrank war defekt, die Schiebetüren ließen sich nicht bewegen. 9. In einer Abstellkammer lagerten zwei nicht an der Wand montierte Spiegel, die nicht montiert waren. 10. In der Wohnung gab es keine Garderobe zum Saufhängen von Jacken usw. 11. Im Bad gab es eine Badewanne, durch die fehlerhaften Dichtungen war ein Duschen nur mit erheblicher Nässe auf dem Boden und Badschrank möglich

Ich würde von der Wohnung abraten.

Laut booking.com sollte man eine Woche vor Reiseantritt bezahlen. Doch direkt nach der Bestätigung kam eine Mail von Stay Fritz man solle direkt überweisen, um die Buchung nicht zu gefährden. Dazu kamen an einem Sonntag Anrufe mit der Aufforderung zu bezahlen. Der Name wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht genannt und dann war die Kreditkarte plötzlich ungültig. Ich kann von Stay Fritz nur dringend abraten. Ein sehr dubioser Verein.

Würde gerne wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut, man hat alles für alltäglichen bedarf, Großes Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet für ausruhen am Abend. Bei Problemen wird auch schnell geholfen, über WhatsApp oder telefonisch, Respekt! Vielen Dank!

Nie wieder!

Es fehlte eine ausführliche Beschreibung, wo die Wohnung sich befindet (in welchem Haus, Stockwerk) . Bei Dunkelheit ist der Schalter für den Code kaum zu finden. Einen Schrank für Wäsche etc. gab es auch nicht. Im vorhandenen Schrank waren Utensilien wie Bettwäsche, Deckbetten untergebracht. Die Kopfkissen sind allenfalls noch für das Tierheim zu gebrauchen.

Leider enttäuschend ausgestattet und abgenutzt

Das Personal war hilfreich in der Organisation, der Checkin problemlos mit Pin. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, zentral.

Leider ist die Wohnung nur auf den ersten Blick ansprechend. Es fehlt an normaler Ferienwohnungsausstattung, die man erwarten würde bei dem Preis. Es gab nur drei Messer und Löffel, obwohl die Wohnung für vier Personen gebucht war. Brettchen, Schneidemesser, Fehlanzeige. Die Gardine hing halb herunter, eine Garderobe oder auch nur einen Jackenhaken gibt es nicht, der Kleiderschrank fällt fast auseinander. Leider für den Preis echt enttäuschend und hat mit einer "Edlen Alpinen Suite" nichts zu tun.
