Our family loved this vacation rental, (and so did our dog!) It was bright, spacious, cheerful, and spotlessly clean. The owners had obviously put a great deal of thought and love into the furnishing and decorating of this place. It immediately felt like home. We love to cook, and were especially impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the underground parking place, with an elevator right up to the flat for easy loading and unloading. The beach was less than a five minute walk, and the town was lovely. We would highly recommend this property, and would certainly go back again!

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung, die alles besitzt und bietet, was man als Besucher benötigt. Groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für vier Leute, zudem mit Terrasse und Garage! Besonders geeignet für Wandertouren direkt ab der Haustür. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Zudem ausgesprochen netter und verbindlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. So wünscht man sich das.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, Farben und Materialen sind aufeinander abgestimmt. Alles ist neu und gepflegt. In der Wohnung ist sehr viel Stauraum für mehrere Personen vorhanden. Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung extrem gut ausgestattet - das findet man sonst praktisch nie. Ich habe nur eine Mikrowelle vermisst. Ansonsten steht ein Tiefgaragenplatz und ein Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung. Im Keller ist ein Waschtrockner für den persönlichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Eine sehr schöne Idee des Vermieters ist der Bücherschrank mit Romanen, Bildbänden und Reiseführern. Man merkt, dass sich der Vermieter darum bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage für einen Urlaub am Tegernsee und liegt sehr ruhig. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, frisch renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Küche und Bad sind auch mit Verbrauchsmaterialien (z.B. Seifen, Gewürze, Öl, ...) außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und fußläufig ist der See mit weiten Grünanlagen zu erreichen. Wir haben uns einfach nur sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbar bayrisch, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Von der Wohnung aus ließen sich alle Dinge, wie Bäcker, Metzger und Gaststätten fussläufig erreichen. Auch Ausflüge konnten ohne Auto direkt von der Wohnung gestartet werden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral ist geräumig und von der Inneneinrichtung sehr ansprechend. Mit der kleinen Sonnenterrasse ist die Wohnung ganzjährig eine Empfehlung wert. Einen relevanten Kritikpunkt haben wir nicht gefunden. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es fehlte fast nichts (vielleicht eine Thermoskanne). Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet beschrieben, sehr sauber und die Fragen, die wir hatten, wurden von Herrn Gödeke sehr schnell beantwortet. Der Tegernsee und seine Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

In der Ferienwohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr herzlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super sauber! Der Kontakt mit Herrn Gödecke war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend :) Wir haben die herrlichen Spaziergänge am See oder im Wald genossen. Das Volksfest war typisch bayrisch und für uns Norddeutschen ein echtes Highlight! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! :)

Diese Wohnung in Bad Wiessee liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Gleich beim Ankommen fühlten wir uns wie zuhause! Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr grosszügig gebaut und mit allem Zubehör ausgestattet, das man für einen Urlaub haben möchte. Es hat hier an nichts gefehlt einschl. Tiefgarage mit Aufzug vor die Wohnungstür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, weil wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben!

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem zentral in Bad Wiessee, d.h. man ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten am See ! Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr engagiert.
