Good staring point for exploring the Voralpen in quiet part of Bad Wiessee with private sauna.

Apartment is located on the quiet street in Bad Wiessee, in walking distance from the Tegernsee. You can see Wallberg from the living room window and smaller hills from the balcony. Building itself is not new but well maintained and clean. There is enough space for a family of 2+2 - also for inside playing. Separated kitchen allow to prepare the dishes without affecting the living room space. Bedroom is bright and the bed comfortable. Additional plus is a sauna room in the basement - You shall however switch it on at least 45minutes before the usage as it heats slowly. Good place as a starting point either for skiing or hiking.

We had an impression that heating system is switching off during the night - as we arrived in later afternoon and there were apparently no guests before us it was a bit fresh for the children during the 1st night. It took also long time before water in the shower warmed up. Kitchen appliances might be in better quality as both: the electric kettle and the toaster had malfunction. One can find the sofa bed not most comfortable, too.

No staff in person on facility site. Check in process on short booking notice is nightmare! Kurtax add cost was not mentioned. No support or apologies about cooking device breakdown! If you expect more welcome dont book this place !

Wohnung sehr basic ausgestattet aber schöne Lage

Schöne großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in Bester Lage, mit schöner Aussicht. 5 min von der Seepromenade und man ist schnell in den Bergen. Wohnung normal sauber, abgesehen von der Bettwäsche. Sauna war super wenn man sie auch immer 1h aufheizen lassen musste. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und Schuppen für Fahrräder/Schlitten/Kinderwagen.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr basic/minimalistisch ausgestattet, man hat zwar genug Platz aber muss wirklich fast alles selber dabei haben. Es gab nur Besteck/Geschirr und Handtücher/Bettwäsche. Keine Geschirrtücher, Schneidebretter, Kaffee Filtermaschine ohne Kanne, Geschirrspüler hat nicht sauber gemacht. Keine Putzutensilien oder Staubsauger. Keinerlei Begrüßungsinfos zum Haus oder der Umgebung, oder Gesellschaftsspiele. Fernseher ohne Internetanschluss (dh. Keine Streamingmöglichkeit). Gästekarten wurden uns erst in der 1. Nacht digital zugeschickt, nachdem man mehrmals versucht hat die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren. Dh man kann am 1. Tag noch nicht den Bus nutzen, was sehr seltsam ist. Was gar nicht ging war das fehlende Warmwasser in der Küche zum abspülen und, dass nur für 2 Personen aufgebettet war. Die anderen 2 müssen auf einzelnen Matrazen direkt am Boden schlafen, die selber bezogen werden müssen. Kein Kindergitterbett auch nicht auf Anfrage. Der einzige Schrank wo man eigene Kleidung verstauen kann war von einem Nachttisch versperrt, den man vorher umstellen muss um ranzukommen. Die Bettwäsche hatte leider ein paar Flecken und Haare dran, das war sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war die Wohnung jedoch recht sauber. Für den Preis mit über 100€ pro Nacht in der Nebensaison etwas überzogen.

Alles prima. Würden wir nochmals machen.

Die Wohnung war ganz gut ausgestattet mit elektrischen Geräten (Toaster, Spülmaschine etc.). Zudem war die Lage innerhalb der benachbarten Orte sehr gut.

Man hätte von Seiten der Reinigung schon mal Wasser in die Abflüsse laufen lassen können und dann die Wohnung nochmals kräftig durchlüften lassen können. So mussten wir das machen, und hatten in den ersten 2 Stunden den Geruch des Abwasserkanals in der Wohnung.

Für das Geld und Kurzaufenthalt, wenn man den Koffer nicht ausräumt geeignet. Für länger nicht.

Bad war nicht geputzt, Statt Kaffeemaschine gab es nur eine Kapselmaschine, Heizung ging nicht richtig, Fernseher war auf Russisch eingestellt. Wlan Info übers Netzwerk falsch. Trotz WhatsApp Kontakt kam niemand zum helfen, auch kein Tel. Kontakt während des Aufenthalts. Schrank im Schlafzimmer nicht benutzbar., vollgepackt mit Wäsche und Bettzeug, Wäschefächer mit Nachtschrank zugestellt.
