Location is good, walkable to the lake. Calm surroundings. Spacious appartment.

Kitchen not really practical, useable but don't expect to do lots of cooking there. Also huge appartment, but kind of strange lay-out. HUUUGE livingroom, but one of the bedrooms has no windows or ventilation and is behind the kitchen.

Beautiful spacious apartment. There is a lovely restaurant in the same building suitable for breakfast. StayFtitz also offer delivery services for breakfast (additional costs), which could not be used during the Pfingstferien (holidays). Mostly clean. Kitchen appliances were good. There is a tile stove. A balcony surrounds the apartment, very nice.

Actually there was no second bedroom but a "sleeping den" which can be reached through the kitchen only and was very small, without windows. The sofa in the living room was big but did not seem comfortable for sleeping. Most restaurants in the vicinity are open only for lunch until 14:30 and early dinner until 20:00.

Die Lage, Aussicht und die großzügigen Räume

Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, Kein Kabel TV möglich, Ungeziefer Befall( Silberfische in allen Räumen) Boden war dreckig. Küchenausstattung an Porzellan und Gläsern war nicht durchdacht. Küchenutensilien sind mehr als dürftig. Ein rießiger Schneebesen und nur kleine Töpfe. Für Familienleben eher ungeeignet

Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Geräumigkeit der Wohnung

Zahlung über Zahlungslink wurde umgehend nach Erhalt getätigt. Seitens StayFritz gab es aber einen Fehler, jedoch keinerlei Hinweis an mich, dass etwas nicht stimmt. Stattdessen einfach keine Zugangsdaten erhalten, daher verspäteter Zugang zur Wohnung, da wir nicht sofort jemand erreichen konnten und dann erstmal davor standen. Keine Tegernseekarte erhalten. Wohnung nicht richtig geputzt. Müll im Nachttisch. Entkalkerlösung/Essig im Wasserkocher. Dreckiger Balkon mit Zigarettenstummel. Wohnung schön groß, zweites Schlafzimmer aber extrem klein und ohne Fenster. Insgesamt enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Großzügiges Wohnzimmer und ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer. Ausstattung mit Babybett und Hochstuhl super. Schön großes Bad. Parkplätze und Lage sehr schön.

Folgende Dinge sind uns aufgefallen/haben uns persönlich gefehlt: - Kleines Schlafzimmer leider sehr beengt und ohne Fenster - Stuhl oder Hocker im großen Schlafzimmer wäre schön - Salz und Pfeffer Gewürze - Backpapier - Größere Pfanne - Tiefe Teller - Lappen Küche - Spülmaschinen Tabs waren da, aber kein Klarspüler der angezeigt wurde. - Handtuchhalter kleines bad - zusätzliche Ablage Bad - Müllbeutel - Toaster - 2 Stühle für den Balkon vorhanden, aber Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt
