Good spot for Tegernsee, I’d go back.

The apartment is spacious and pleasant, in a very convenient location for the lake, the train station and walking. We had everything we needed.

Longer-stay visitors might need access to a washing machine for laundry. Not a problem for us.

Nice sized apartment.

There is an issue with the floors. Every step you take there is crunching under the floor boards. Having two kids waking up in the early morning. This wakes you up and even going to the bathroom, this wakes everyone up.

Wir wollten Zeit am Tegernssee verbringen und das hat wunderbar geklappt.

Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof. Kein weiter Weg zum See und zum Ortskern. Sehr guter Bettencomfort. Moderne Wohnungsausstattung in ansonstem altgedienten Haus. Wir durften bereits etwas früher in die Wohnung, was bei der Anreise sehr hilfreich war.

Die Mietkosten müssen sofort beglichen werden (inkl. Kurtaxe). Zudem ist es nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass dies kein Fake ist. Die Korrespondenz mit der Verwaltung ist sehr mühselig/zeitaufwendig. Am besten läuft es noch über E-Mail. Nur 1 großes Handtuch pro Person trotz getrenntem Gäste-WC und Bad. Man muss also das Handtuch herumtragen. Fragwürdig. Der Hauseingang liegt auf der Rückseite. Abends ist es stockfinster um dorthin zu gelangen. Erst vor der Haustür wird ein Bewegungsmelder für das Licht aktiv. Kurtaxe wie geschrieben unmittelbar bezahlt, aber nie eine Kurkarte zu Gesicht bekommen. Der Wohnungspreis ist für die Wohnung zu überzogen.

Sehr gute Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Preis-Leistung sehr, sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe. Vom Straßenverkehr (der in einer Nebenstraße ohnehin nicht groß anfällt) bekommt man nichts mit.

Die Wohnung war sehr kalt bei unser Ankunft. Probleme mit der Hausverwaltung, haben um 16.00 Uhr noch keine Info, wie wir an den Schlüssel gelangen. Hat dann aber über den Telefonkontakt funktioniert.
