Spacious comfort in great location

Booked for 1 night on short notice. The location is excellent, and the apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids were very comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room. The separate kitchen allowed for adults to hang out, after kids had gone to bed.

Be prepared to bring your own kitchen basics, such as salt, pepper, oil etc.

Apartment next to Tegernsee

Very nice apartment house in great location. Ease of parking, the Tegernsee is beatiful area and even for one short morning we really enjoyed the locality. Might go there sometimes for hiking weekend. The apartment is very good value in otherwise expensive area so I would definitely recommend it. Kitchen was fine, equipped and functional, apartment was good for 5 people and the place was warm and cozy. They have non-booking checking system for filling in guests details, bur it was German only, which might be a problem for someone. I understand German good enough to be able to fill it, but even for me there were few things in the process where I was not sure if I am filling it right. The short notice booking may be the reason for that, but we did recieve only 4 beddings for 5 people. We have arrived late at night and were there only overnight, so we have managed, but as the place is without checkin office and everything is automatic there was not good way to resolve it, so it hurt the experience a bit.

Schöne Wohnung ohne Erholungswert

Uns hat der Einrichtungsstil und die zentrale Lage sehr gefallen. Auch, dass Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus waren.

Die Wohnung ist mit der Nachbarwohnung nur durch eine Notausgangstür (welche allerdings nicht öffnen geht) getrennt. Es stoßen zwei Schlafräume aneinander. Die Tür ist nicht isoliert, man hört alles! Man hat das Gefühl, man teilt sich mit Fremden den Raum, selbst Flüstern ist wahrzunehmen. Wir haben uns durch die Tür unterhalten und den Zustand bedauert. Niesen etc. alles ist wahrzunehmen, an Schlaf leider kaum zu denken, Privatsphäre gibt es keine!

Die Heizung machte in der Nacht einen extrem lauten Lärm, in dem wir nicht schlafen konnten. Die Akustik des Hauses ist sehr schlecht, man hört die Treppen, die Nachbarn

Das Haus ist wunderschön, aber leider kann man an der Akustik und dem Lärm der Heizung nichts ändern
