Not a luxury apartment but clean and spacious with a lovely view. In summer must be terribly hot !!!

Light, clean, spacious.

Windows couldn’t open or darken Third bedroom very small, no garderobe , ceiling too low on one side- bumped head No garderobe in hallway No iron Couch very worn TV didn’t work ( staff brought batteries) Floor lamp flashed after an hour ( staff brought different bulb) One hall lamp didn’t work ( staff fixed it) Holes in bottom fitted sheet Bathtub shower didn’t work- was not installed properly Cutlery missing in kitchen Only 4 placemats for 6 guests ( staff brought some very worn ones) Only 2 toothbrush cups for six Towels clean but thin No microwave ( staff brought one) No hand mixer Rack in oven dirty

Ikke verdt prisen, ikke engang halvparten

Perfekt beliggenhet

Standard var generelt dårlig. Veggpanel som styrer åpning og lukning av takvinduer fungerte kun på noen få vinduer. Det var slitasje flere steder i leiligheten. Dusjhjørnet på badet var montert på en meget amatørmessig måte, noe som resulterer i en meget seriøs lekkasje hver gang det dusjes. Denne lekkasjen renner ut av dusjen, inn på badegulvet og videre inn i oppholdsrom hvor gulvlister er helt ødelagt/oppråtnet. Døren inn til badet er også vannskadet og man kan se muggdannelser inne ved veggen.

Super schön zentrale Lage, parken vor der Tür

Es ist sehr geräumig Bäder optimal Küche auch super gut außer Besteck und Teller ! Die 2 Balkone sind wirklich sehr schön !

Es ist zu wenig Geschirr da bzw. Besteck und man könnte das Wohnzimmer wo der Balkon ist mit wenig Mitteln aufwerten , so dass wenn das Wetter schlecht ist auch da sitzen könnte in der Gruppe . Auch könnte man noch 2 Klappstühle auf den Balkon stellen , bei 6 Personen!

die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung. Ein Balkon mit Bergblick

es war sehr schmutzig und staubig. Es gab Spinnweben, Weberknechte und vereinzelt Silberfische. Uns wurde dann zwar eine zusätzliche Reinigung angeboten, aber da hatten wir schon alles selbst erledigt. Die Handbrause an der Badewanne geht nicht, in einem Schlafzimmer fehlt die Beschattung komplett, was bei einem riesigen Dachfenster ein Fiasko ist, weil man es sehr früh maximal hell hat. Die Technik zum öffnen und schließen der Dachfenster (elektrisch) funktioniert teilweise nicht, weil die Displays kaputt sind. Die Badezimmertür ist teilweise kaputt. Bei einer Toilette spritzt Wasser raus. Das gelbe Sofa ist eklig und man will nicht drauf sitzen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist extrem hellhörig und man kann sich durch die Wand mit den Nachbarn unterhalten. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und finden die Einrichtung / Ausstattung der Wohnung für den Preis wirklich nicht angemessen.
