Terrible experience during check in. Provided code didnt worked. No clear information how to find a flat which is in tha basement floor when entire hall is under resonstruction No external view to park or greenery. All windows just opposite the busy main street full of traffic all day long.

Für einen Aufenthalt im schönen Bad Wiessee in Oberbayern ein Schönes Appartment mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Ein schönes und modern eingerichtetes Appartment mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt neben dem sehr großen Schlaf/Wohnzimmer ein geräumiges Badezimmer und einen großen Flur. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen, und besonders im Appartment 01 hat man eher Privatsphäre, da es das letzte von vieren in der Reihe ist. Die Kommunikation mit StayFritz war sehr gut.

Die Wegbeschreibung zum Hauseingang hat nicht gestimmt, und es war etwas schwierig diesen so zu finden. Zur Zeit meines Aufenthaltes war das komplette Haus eingerüstet und um zum Eingang zu kommen, musste ich mich teilweise unter dem Baugerüst, bzw neben dran vorbei drängen zwischen diversen Baumaschinen und Bauschutt. Tagsüber war, bei geöffneter Terrassentür, dementsprechend Baulärm zu hören, aber die Fenster sind gut Schallisoliert. Alle vier Appartments von StayFritz liegen an der Hauptstraße und an einer Kreuzung. Leider hat der Fernseher nur manchmal funktioniert, die gängigen Programme waren entweder gar nicht vorhanden, und die „ungewöhnlichen“ Programme die es gab, waren teilweise schwer zu finden.

Funktioniert, aber schön war es nicht.

Das Apartment ist groß, hat hohe Decken und hat eine Terrasse. Die Fenster sind modern und schirmen den Lärm der Hauptstraße ab.

Das Gebäude war eingerüstet. Der Weg zum Apartment führt durch eine Baustelle. Das Apartment befindet sich im Souterrain. Die Terrasse zeigt Richtung Hauptstraße und ist laut, man nutzt sie nicht. Alles in allem zwar modern, funktional und sauber, aber keine Urlaubsatmosphäre. Die Darstellung auf den Bildern zeigt nur die halbe Wahrheit.

Der Servive war enttäuschend, hier geht es lediglich ums Geld verdienen mit so wenig Leistund und Serive wie möglich.

Die zentrale Lage

Die Sauberkeit, der Hund des vorherigen Gastes lag noch unter dem Esstisch. Des Weiteren befindet sich das Haus derzeit in Baustelle, wodurch es auch am frühen Morgen schon zu Lärmbelästigungen kommt. Zudem ist der Eingang durch das Baugerüst erschwert zu erreichen. Eine Hinweis auf die Baustelle vor Buchung gab es leider nicht, obwohl diese bereits Monate besteht.

Der Ort Bad Wiessee

Das das Haus eine Baustelle war. Duschvorhang nicht befestigt, Eckleisten in der Wohnung nicht richtig montiert, Kabelkanäle lagen in der Wohnung auch nicht montiert, Türschließer vorhanden aber auch nicht vorschriftsmäßig montiert. Zu guter letzt wurde mir der falsche Türcode zugesendet und der Telefonkontakt eine Katastrophe

Tágas apartman

Tágas, nagy apartman volt. Minden felszerelés volt a konyhában. A parkoló a ház előtt volt. Aznap délután kerestünk szállást estére, és készségesen segítettek megoldani a szállás kifizetésével kapcsolatosan felmerült problémát. A kulcs a bejárati ajtó melletti boxban volt, fizetés után kaptuk meg a nyitó kódot.

Négyen voltunk. A nappali és a háló rész egyben van. A kanapé ágy volt a másik 2 személynek az ágya, igy egy légtérben aludtunk négyen. Nekünk kellett felhúzni az ágyneműt, megágyazni a kanapé ágyat.

Baustelle. Dreck und irreführende Bilder

Die moderne Einrichtung

Auf den Bildern bei Booking sah es so aus als würde die Wohnung im grünen liegen. Dem war nicht so die Wohnung lag an einer Hauptstraße des Ortes und die Terrasse war kaum so zu benennen. Vor der terassentür lagen Bierflaschen Zigaretten und Bauschrott. Das komplette Haus ist eine Baustelle stark verdreckt und das Gebäude steht Tag und Nacht offen, sodass jeder rein und raus kann, was auch so passiert. Auch im Haus liegen Bierflaschen rum und Müll. Man hat Angst in diesem Haus. Das Apartment hat keine lichtdixhten Vorhänge oder Rollos, was im Erdgeschoss sehr unschön ist.

Man hat sich geschämt das Haus zu betreten

Das Haus ist eine Baustelle und komplett eingerüstet. Der „Haupteingang“ ist von einem Gerüst und 2 Baustellen- Stromkästen verstellt, Koffer bekommt man fast nicht beschwerdefrei und ohne Beschädigung ins Haus, vom Staub und Dreck den man mit in die Wohnung trägt mal ganz abgesehen. Die Terasse ist verdreckt wie auch die Möbel und der „Rasen“ hat schon lange keinen Gärtner mehr gesehen. Auf der Homepage keine Rede oder Andeutung davon, wir sind schon sehr verwundert und enttäuscht. Die Stromverkabelung spricht für sich - Arbeiten mit Profis… ohne jede Worte. Hoffentlich bekommen wir keinen Stromschlag! Bei der Ikea Küche hängen jetzt schon die Türen schief und im Bad funktionieren die Schubladen gar nicht.

Großbaustelle - Katastrophe

Die Ausstattung entsprach im wesentlichen den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die Sauberkeit vor allem im Badezimmer in der Dusche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Polster des Sofas im Wohnzimmer müssten dringend gereinigt werden. Da kein Küchenhandtuch vorhanden war, konnten wir das Geschirr leider nicht abspülen.

Wenn man glaubt es geht nicht schlechter wird man leider immer wieder vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Wir haben über booking.com ein Appartement vom 31.05. - 02.06. gebucht. In der Beschreibung des Anbieters wird zu keinem Zeitpunkt von einer vorgefundenen Großbaustelle berichtet sowie nicht darauf hingewiesen dass der Zugang nicht barrierefrei ist, siehe hierzu entsprechende Bilder. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem ordentlichen Zustand, täuscht jedoch nicht über den tatsächlichen Zustand des Objekts hinweg. Die Fenster lassen sich für die Nacht nicht verdunkeln, die direkte Lage zur Hauptstraße wird nicht erwähnt. Auch die Außenanlage insbesondere der Garten der zum Appartement gehören soll ist nicht eingezäunt und somit für mitgebrachte Hunde was wir explizit angefragt hatten nicht zu nutzen. Alles in allem ein völlig enttäuschendes Objekt.

Leider ist das Apartment nicht gut gereinigt. Fusseln, Tiere, Krümel auf dem Teppich. Und man bekommt schwarze Füße vom schmutzigen Boden.Das Haus hat ein Gerüst drumherum wo man nur schlecht mit Gepäck und Kinderwagen ins Haus kommt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Kapsel-Maschine. Es wurde nur Kaffeemaschine genannt. Lüfter Bad sehr laut und lang laut. Nachttischlampe kaputt . Direkt an der Straße.

Große, helle Fewo, hübsch eingerichtett, leider direkt an der Hauptstraße

Gute Ausstattung, schön groß und hell.

Matratzen leider nicht so gut, Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße, bei gekippten Fenstern sehr laut. Durch die große Fensterfront (zwar schön hell) fühlt man sich gezwungen, die Vorhänge auch tagsüber zuzuziehen. Stores oder Raffstores zum Sichtschutz oder eine Hecke wären gut. Außerdem ist die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut und es fehlen Haken/Ablagen. Der Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken fällt auseinander.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Das Haus war von außen und im Flur relativ heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Innen aber ein tolles Apartment und gut ausgestattet.
