Avoid the suite at this location.

Breakfast and parking were good. That's about it.

Suite was in another building across the street, top floor & no lift. Challenging for one with back issues. Our children were in a completely separate house, in their own rooms also on a top floor with no lift. Would not have rented had we known this. Nobody present upon arrival, only a tel# to call. The person who answered the call couldn't understand our questions and seemed rude. No house telephone provided. No welcome packet nor contact info for local hospital, police, etc. if needed. Housekeeping did not clean used dishes and no dishwashing soap to clean them ourselves. Most lightbulbs didn't work (stovetop hood, bathroom mirror, numerous lamps) or too dim. Dirty wash cloths were rehung rather than replaced. No shower but a terrible bath tub with no more than 1.5m of skull-busting headroom. I hope the blood on the towel didn't scare housekeeping staff. Extremely squeaky floating floor. We're sorry for anyone below us. TV limited to only 2 English speaking "news" channels. All others are scrambled. Old-school TV has only a Netflix app that worked very slowly during the first few days then would not connect again.

Gross and horrible.

Landhaus Ertle was a huge disappointment. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures shown online. It was old and the room smelled like smoke. I could not reach the hotel owner and there was never anyone at the reception. The only way to contact them was by calling a random number and the call was broken. He was also very rude when I tried to explain our room situation. We left that night because it was so horrible to stay there.

Cute hotel close to Tegernsee

Cute hotel very close to the beautiful lake Tegernsee. Love the historic feel of the hotel. Nice complementary breakfast is provided with good coffee. Nice bonus is a fridge with some beer and drinks with nice glasses where you can get yourself a drink for a reasonable price.

Beautifuk wooden boards around the bed made the bed a bit too short for me, I am 1.90. Parts of the hotel and room does smell like someone smoked, I guess it is hard to get that smell really out of the carpet. Outdated bathroom.

Long before the end of breakfast no rolls anymore, besides other things that where only available if you came early. Staff was rather unfriendly.

It was close to the lake.

I was there for a business meeting and presented a document from the work. And I asked not to charge for the tax. They supposed to wave it. But the owner told me that he did not know how to do it. So, at the end he still did charge me for the unnecessary cost. He was surprisingly unprofessional. If he cannot deal with an international business traveler, then he should not advertise on Booking.com or another website which promote the place internationally.

Breakfast is ok with jam, hams, cheese and different breads. Location you do need the car to go anywhere, but can manage to get to the bakery walking at 300 mts? Big TVs in each room

The daily cleaning is very superficial. You will get your bed done only if you are out the room early otherwise will be next day. They don't do the dishes of glasses and kitchenette if you happen to have this room. Towels change only if you really put them outside otherwise they will keep them even if dirty on the floor. Shampoo and soap are the same and not a gentle one for the skin or the hair, bring your own... Terrible smell of cigarettes in lobby of the second building.

Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer (man hört Dusche aus Nachbarzimmer tropfen und andere Gäste schnarchen) Zimmertüren sehr laut und zum Teil quietschend (keine Chance auszuschlafen) Trotz Heizung sehr kalt im Zimmer Am Frühstücksbuffet zum Teil altes Brot Zimmerservice war in unserem Zimmer, obwohl wir ausdrücklich keinen wollten(Zeiten variieren, einmal gegen 10 Uhr) Veraltete Broschüren aufm Zimmer (Skipass 09/10) Keine vollständig abdunkelnden Vorhänge (ab 6 wars im Zimmer total hell)

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war hell und ansprechend. Es gab eine Garage, wo wir unsere E-Bikes unterstellen konnten.

Wir hatten uns auf ein helles Zimmer im Landhausstil gefreut. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit kleinem Fenster ohne Landhausstil, außerdem mussten wir immer 42 Stufen hoch. Das Bad war auch älter und hatte eine sehr hohe Duschwanne.

Ausreichend für Kurzurlaub

Die Lage des Hauses zu Fuß ca 5 min weg vom See. Mit der Gästekarte konnten wir kostenlos mit dem Bus fahren. Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Die Dame beim Frühstück sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hunde sind auch erlaubt. Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Schöner Garten. Es gibt ein Getränkekühlschrank zu dem man immer Zugriff hat mit Preisliste.

Zimmer war zwar klein aber zum schlafen ausreichend. Das Bad mit einer Schiebetür aus Milchglas war sehr klein. Aus dem Abfluss oder Lüfter im Bad muffte es sehr stark, nach Regen noch mehr.

Zimmer sind sauber und absolut in Ordnung ausgestattet. Einrichtung ist alt aber für den Preis absolut ok. Frühstück auch wirklich in Ordnung. Die Balkone sind wirklich schön und bieten einen tollen Blick auf die Berge

Das Personal war nur bedingt freundlich und wirkte wenig motiviert. Allgemein ließ die Gastfreundschaft mehr oder minder zu Wünschen übrig. Also vom familiären Ambiente der Website ist wenig spürbar. Sehr schade! Das Putzteam ist hier noch das Netteste… Man hatte auch nicht das Gefühl, dass es irgendwen interessiert, dass man da ist…

Der sogenannte Gartenbungalow war mehr als schlicht, kein Kleiderschrank,kein Safe,Kissen fast ohne Füllung. Stark nach Putzmittel riechend.Im Vergleich des Zimmers ist jede Jugendherberge ein Fünf-Sterne Hotel. Grosszügigerweise hat man zwei wegen früherer Abreise nicht wahrzunehmenden Frühstücke mit insgesamt 15 Euro vergütet..

Gemütliches Hotel Garni in guter Lage

Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür! Sehr freundliches Personal, wie konnten bereits morgens einchecken- unser Zimmer wurde dafür extra zeitig gereinigt. Eine Kaffeemaschine war 24/7 verfügbar. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hell, hatten dazu einen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Lage im Ort ist ideal, um fußläufig den See zu erkunden.

Das Bad war etwas eng. Ein paar Details können mehr Augenmerk gebrauchen, Sticker auf WC, Treppenaufgang dreckig, Spinnweben, müffige Gardinen. Die Kontaktaufnahme erwies sich zu Beginn etwas schwierig, da weder auf Nachrichten noch Anrufe reagiert wurde.

Centralt beliggende overnatningssted - dårlig/ingen betjening ved ankomst

Attraktiv beliggenhed tæt på restauranter og bymidte - stille og roligt kvarter.

Første møde med stedet er en have, der ikke er vedligeholdt og græsset ikke er slået. Døren er åben, men man kan ringe til et mobilnr for at få oplyst, hvordan vi tjekker ind og får nøgle - meget uinspirerende velkomst. Morgenmaden er nogenlunde, men kaffen er kold og det samme er de kogte æg - kunne være bedre og matcher ikke tilsvarende lokationer på vores tur.

Die Lage zum See war gut. Das Gartenhaus war in einer ruhigen Lage.

Nie wieder!!! Gebucht war ein Zimmer im Landhaus (168Euro/Nacht) bekommen haben wir ein feuchtes liebloses Gartenhaus, die Rezeption war am Nachmittag nicht besetzt, einem Preisnachlass stand der Chef ausgesprochen unfreundlich gegenüber.
