We had a wonderful stay in Trefriw. Sara was an excellent host, warm, welcoming and always available if we needed anything, as she lives right next door. When we first arrived and had trouble finding the property, she kindly guided us over the phone and even waited outside to greet us. The room itself was cosy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

lovely, quirky property, well presented, well eqiped, quiet area, just where we needed to be, great value for money, lovely hosts & friendly dog.
The matress/ bed and pillows, sheet, no hand towel in kitchen, no instructions for tv, flashing co2 light, no darkening window cover (there was a blind but not dark enough!) Low, saggy sofa.

This is a self contained suite/annex attached to the owner’s property, the accommodation was excellent, comfy bed, mini sitting area with comfy settee, an artificial flame fire heater and wall mounted TV, kitchenette with microwave and mini cooker plus a good size fridgefreezer . And a superb ensuite with a rain shower, plenty of hot water and heating, Perfect/ everything I needed, exceptionally clean too.everything you need for a quite self catering holiday, in a good location .
