Pleasant but room for improvement

Very good size for 3 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for us to have our own spaces. Conservatory provided partial views over the stunning estuary. Hedge could be trimmed for full views. It really was wonderful to see the tide change over the day bringing in the birds. Well equipped kitchen. Warm house for this late Autumn stay. Great dining room. Lots of lamps giving great cosy atmosphere. Overall it was a pleasant stay but there were many things that could be done to make the stay top notch. Great selection of books. We left a Bob Mortimer autobiography to add to the library. Thoughtful cakes, biscuits and milk- thank you. We turned the fridge up as it was freezing all our veg. Very handy for a55 exploring north wales. We had a takeaway from Wok U Like chinese in the village. Definitely recommend it but the wait was very long.

Very noisy. Train starts at 5.30 in the morning at the back of the property. Whilst in the day it's fine, the early morning meant early starts. Front of house very noisy from road. Wouldn't cope with windows open in summer. Quite tatty in a number of places e.g. stained conservatory furniture, kitchen leak? Stained carpets upstairs. Bin arrangements poor. No instructions for sorting and outdoor bins were full on arrival. Driveway was extremely narrow to get to parking space at rear. Very difficult manoeuvring our larger car. Lots of scratches from hedges and plants. Tip: Drive into parking space and reverse out of the space much easier than the alternative of reversing into the space and forward out which we did for the first two days. Great DVD collection but no cable to connect TV.

Every thing you might need for a holiday house

Very nice touch to be greeted by fresh milk and cookies! Downstairs living room is Modern, Spacious and light but part of the house is dated, oldish looking furniture . Wonderful view of the estuary from the top floor.

The property was close to the railway tracks..surprisingly! And the parking was difficult to me because of a very narrow access behind the house.

Amazing stay

Amazing location close to Convy and Llandudno, stunning views, very comfortable, warm and clean house with everything anyone would need. Easy contact with a very friendly owner. Absolutely loved it there.

Because the shower is electric, the water pressure isn't the greatest and it's hard to set the temperature.
