Perfect location and lovely place. Big enough for family of 4 with games room to occupy kids.
Location was excellent, just a few minutes drive from Betws e Coed and key areas we wanted to visit.

Such an amazing base to explore an amazing area.
We liked everything about the house, ts was exactly what we wanted and we've had the best week. The house and location were beautiful, my children loved the games room, meeting the donkeys and exploring the farm. We would definitely go back again.

Lovely, quiet location with views of the hills & countryside. A really comfortable house, within 20 mins car journey for all the local attractions. Also had a games room in the cellar which our kids loved.
Shower screen didnt prevent water from leaking onto the bathroom floor.
