House is in perfect location - close to main cities. Pool is big enough to swim at, comfortable sun beds. Garden is very nice and gives privacy. Owner of the house is available and easily responds.
House is close to road so if you are looking for silence I would consider another option.
We are family of 5 so second bathroom would be advantage.

Garden is very well maintained.
I wish property had two bathrooms.

close to Cannes
street with lots of traffic directly behind the house. Many things were damaged or shabby
