Fabulous holiday home.

The house was beautifully designed and stylish. Comfortable and very well equipped. We felt privileged to stay there. The village of Valbonne is gorgeous and to be right in the heart of it was such a great experience. We would love to go back.

Quaint and comfortable

Loved the location. Valbonne is a quaint little village and has its own charm, The house itself was quaint too. The owner knew it was our 'minimoon' and had set us up with some lovely peonies, a card and some bubbly. All very pleasant, and perfect for decompressing after our wedding.

The house is a stones throw from the town square, with easy access to all of the restaurants and shops the town has to offer. It was incredibly convenient and perfectly located, particularly if you have young kids who might not want to walk for miles!

Excellent location, impeccably clean, friendly available and professional host, private parking space (a necessity in Valbonne!), vast kitchen/living/dining room on the top floor and very large master bedroom, surprisingly so in a village townhouse.

Exceptional

The house is very spacious and clean with stylish decorations. We particularly enjoyed gathering in the living room/kichen/dining room on the top floor. The host was very nice and friendly: he shared a lot of useful recomendations for restaurants, bars, free parking places, etc. We wished we could have stayed longer.

A really nice surprise!

The rental is a very old but beautifully restored village house, very well located in the village, close to everything (shops, bakeries, restaurants …) but not noisy. The property is spacious, comfortable, and decorated with very good taste and an occasional touch of humor. Our host was really nice and helpful. He speaks fluent English and French, which can be very useful. The bottles of good rosé was an appreciate delicate attention.

If you want to stay in a wonderful French village, convenient to all the French Riviera has to offer, and stay in an aptly named "5 Star Rated" house, this is the place for you. Laid out on three floors, it has a first-floor in-law/ guest Mini-apartment that is best described as fully equipped and self-sufficient. Upstairs the modern kitchen invites you to cook up three star meals, although we chose to purchase most of our meals from the market where freshly prepared meals, better than I could prepare were available for purchase. The town of Valbonne has kept the charm and the French village atmosphere that I remember when I was growing up nearby. Laid out in a array of cross streets whose focal point is the center square of shops and restaurants, the village even has a beer/wine bar just up the street from the house where English dominates the multi-lingual experience. In summary YOU cannot find a nicer more hospitable place to stay than !3 Rue de la Brague, Valbonne, France.

The only downside is the parking situation, but that will be an issue in whatever historic French village you stay. Being opportunistic, we always found a convenient place to park. Remember that the house is laid out on three floors, so no need for any stair-master equipment to help you stay in shape after yet another delightful culinary experience.

The perfect apartment for a stay in Valbonne offering comfort and a central location.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is very centrally located in Valbonne and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with modern amenities. From the first and second floors you have views of the village and plenty of sunlight in the daytime. We stayed during the winter and the apartment was well heated and cosy and warm. There is fast fibre internet throughout the apartment which works extremely well. Our host, Saad, was very helpful both at check in and when we left the apartment and was on hand throughout our stay to offer assistance.

We had no faults with the apartment and we are only sad that we could not stay longer.

Great House slap in the middle of old Valbonne. the property is spread over three floors and is very well appointed and very nicely decorated. The Kitchen / lounge area is fantastic.

Comfortable stay and a unique villa experience in the old town of Valbonne

The villa and its location have been perfect for our 4-adults company. We had 2 separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms (+ an extra WC restroom). Having a car (a dedicated parking belongs to this villa), it has been easy to navigate in the whole Cote d'Azur. Easy and rather quick access to the highway. Valbonne itself is a village having a unique layout of its cozy old-town. The villa has an authentic interior, but also very well equipped; everything a today's traveler needs (even a washing machine with an integrated tumble dryer). And the hosts were both welcoming and friendly; we had a perfect communication well in advance before our stay as well as during the course of it. Wi-Fi has also been perfect, as the system includes signal strengtheners throughout the house.

We were warned in advance of the absence of air conditioning on the ground-floor; but the combination of two fans has been just enough to carry us through the very hot Cote d'Azur summer nights.

We would love to return for a next stay!

Excellent property right in the heart of Valbonne Village. The host was very flexible with regards to our check-in that got significantly delayed due to strike and subsequent cancellation of our original flight. He also provided us with relevant practical hints for restaurants, rental car etc. The house has the old village charm yet with modern amenities making the stay practical and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this property and the local host to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Valbonne!
