Schimmelgeruch im Flur, Bad und Schlafbereich
Uns hat leider gar nichts gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt.
Wir kamen in die Unterkunft rein, die an vielen Stellen verschmutzt war und sehr stark nach Schimmel gerochen hat. Ausgerechnet in dem Bereich der Schlafzimmer und des Bades. Bad war offen zum Schlafzimmer. Im Bad war ein elektronisches Gerät, dass den Schimmelbefall mindern sollte. Wir haben nach zwei Tagen gesundheitliche Einschränkungen bekommen, Husten, Augen brennen etc. und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Der Eigentümer hat uns früher aus dem Vertrag gelassen ohne uns einen Rabatt für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu gewähren und nur wenn wir eine gute Bewertung schreiben. Es gab Tagelang grenzüberschreitende WhatsApp Nachrichten, damit wir eine gute Bewertung schreiben und mehrere Drohungen unsere Kaution einzubehalten. Wir haben Fotos zu Beginn und zum Abschluss gemacht, sodass uns niemand Schäden unterstellen konnte. Ich würde das gesamte Vorgehen als Nötigung bezeichnen. Booking.com hat uns sehr geholfen.

Ubytovanie je v peknej lokalite a cítil som sa tam ako doma. Zariadenie domu je kompletné a majiteľ sa snaží aby hosťom nič nechýbalo.
Nevýhoda je parkovanie na ulici. Miesto pre parkovanie som mal k dispozícií stále, takže to bolo v poriadku.
