NIce appartment for 2 adults with car, cheap but not really clean
Location is perfect, direct in to the main square of the small village. Valbone is a quite villa to stay for 3 days. Nice decoration and easy access, we have been 5 days and never had a problem to park our car in one of all of the free public spaces. Air conditioned is working perfectly and main bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipated. We got a room in the second floor and never listen the noise of the main square. Some simple table games in the apartment were really appreciated for our children.
There are some issues here but the main is the cleanliess. At the first appearence is all ok, but wenn we wanted to use the sofa bed, under the pillows we found a mess, like nobody have a look since months, the second major issue is the toilet, it looks like the silicons were not clean or change never, really looks like the person responsible for cleaning just see what can appear in the pictures. Additional issues, one toilet paper for 4 people 5 days, unbelivable. If you have children please also consider you need to carry on your lugagge 300 meters from the nearest parking lot with stairs and then lift all for small stairs every day. Finally there is just one confortable bed, if you need to use the sofa as bed for more than one person, be prepare to sleep more unconfortable than in a normal sofa bed. Bed covers broken and shower door damaged shows the few investment in the appartment maintenance. I didn't want to add photos because it is really disgusting.

Valbonne ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen.
Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage in Valbonne, da sich das Apartment direkt am Marktplatz befindet. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber letzten Endes durchaus angenehm war der Verzicht auf Schlüssel zugunsten der Verwendung zweier Türcodes.
Die angeblich in der Nähe vorhandenen öffentlichen Parkplätze waren häufig besetzt. Zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer existiert keine Tür, im Badezimmer riecht es unangenehm aus der Toilette, wobei die Badezimmertür nicht richtig schließt. Von der Decke hingen Staubfäden und Spinnweben herab. In der Küche fehlte uns ein Korkenzieher. Während man vom Marktplatz selbst erstaunlich wenig Geräusche hört, ist aus der Wohnung direkt über dem Apartment jeder Schritt zu vernehmen.
