About this house rental

Within a stone’s throw of the Riviera and the great beaches you will find the medieval villages of Valbonne and Biot. In between the two villages you will find this beautiful villa located in a popular and proper “domain”, enclosed and with private tennis courts! The house is situated at the upper grounds of the area. From the terrace and the pool-area there is a splendid view over the landscape and the mountains. The new swimming pool (heated at about 28 degrees or more) and its area are great for playing kids as well as for sunbathing adults. Covered terrace for relaxing in the shadow. Typical Provencal flowers and palm trees in the green garden. The house has a new and nice interior with a spacious living room/lounge with a 5 metres high ceiling. The kitchen is new and equipped with all facilities for a comfortable vacation.
Calm neighbourhood and child friendly. Near the sea, beaches, genuine village life and the beautiful green nature.
Broadband and WIFI internet access.

The propery was great and the infinity pool sublime.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The kids preferred the pool instead the beach and for shade lovers there was a nice overgrown pergola. The house is geographically perfectly situated, you can go to Antibes, Grass, Cannes, Nice, Vallbonne, etc. all within less than 30 minutes. Food marked, pharmacy and bakery are reachable by foot. There was AC in the living room but not the sleeping room. During the hot summer night it was upstairs pretty warm, on the other hand we couldn’t get a cold by the AC.

Very nice pool Area and the most beautiful view. Lovely house with all you need. We had a very nice vacation. Be aware that there is only AC in the Living room and small fans in the bedrooms. Also no hairdryer.

The property worked well for us as we have teenage children, but I would not recommend for those with small chidren due to sudden drop offs in garden and steep spiral staircase.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at this really stylish, wonderfully quiet and well equipped house situated 10 mins from the really pretty town of Valbonne. The infinity pool area with high quality sun loungers and the outdoor dining space, complete with BBQ grill was particularly glorious and where we spent the majority of our time. The owner was really helpful, texting us on arrival to make sure everything was OK and responding to any questions very quickly. We will definitely be back - it really is a fabulous property. I can't recommend it highly enough.

"We had a wunderful week in Val d''Azur. The house was well equiped and furnished. Mountain view from many of the rooms. The beautiful pool was not heated but we did take a swim after playing tennis in the domain. We had a wunderful time even if the weather was colder than it use to be. I can strongly recomend this wunderful house !!! We would like to come back."

Excellent accommodation in large but very peaceful domaine. Villa not over looked and the back faces out over the french hills, enjoying great views and a nice breeze. The house is very well equpted and spotless throughout. We all (inc 2 young children) enjoyed the lovely infinity pool. Was nice to have use of tennis courts (5 mins drive away) in the domaine.. Owner also very helpful,rang to check everything okay on day we arrived and deposit refunded quickly. In summary we will be back....we all wished we could have stayed longer. .

The house was very clean on arrival,there was plenty of clean bedding and towels. The house was in a quiet cul de sac location, the garden at the back was very nice and private with great views from the end of the 'infinity pool'. Our teenage children were happy to swim most of the day in the lovely pool. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped with good quality appliances. The lounge was comfortable and light with a huge window and patio doors out onto a lovely patio with a large wooden table and chairs. Some evenings were very hot and we felt that the house would benefit from blinds in the lounge, mosquito nets or air conditioning.( The owner said he is getting a blind for the big window) The owner was very attentive and rang us when we arrived and before leaving to check everything was ok. Overall we enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing holiday.

"We have just spent two glorious weeks in this very comfortable, spotlessly clean, extremely quiet and well-equipped family home. The star of the property is the wonderful infinity swimming pool, and the views of the surrounding Alpes-Maritime scenery are the icing on the cake. The house is far enough from the madding crowd if you want to avoid, but close enough if you want to join in the lively Cote scene. Highly recommended if privacy, peace and quiet are a must for your holiday."
