The location
Repeated warning about what you should not do. The word “must” were used very often . Understand some don’t follow instructions but don’t treat / assume everyone like will behave like that . Another thing I did not like is there was a polite message in the morning asking me what time would I be checking out.

De locatie Is heel goed en de geluidsisolatie ook.
De ruimte is veel te klein. Zelfs voor iemand alleen. Ze hebben een opklapbed voorzien. Als die opgeklapt is kun je amper de kamer in en uit. Je moet dan ook nog blokken onder bed plaatsen anders lig je 10° schuin. Het staat vol met prullerij die ook ruimte in beslag neemt. Er hangen veel te veel briefjes om je te laten weten dat je niet mag vergeten het licht uit te doen en de HVAC af te leggen wanneer je vertrekt uit de studio. Ik veronderstel dat Maria een schooljuffrouw is. Het pand is dringend aan een nieuwe en veilige electrische installatie toe. Maria zou ook kunnen 2/3 van haar onnodig terras met zicht op nergens kunnen inpalmen om haar studio uit te breiden. Groeten Fred
