Loft 1 apartments in New Gudauri

Очень понравилось, что все для комфортной жизни было в студии, особенно порадовала стиралка, мы были больше 2 суток в дороге и были очень рады привести себя и вещи в порядок Расположение прекрасное, внизу спар, аптека, с другой стороны бары и рестораны Хозяйка очень приятная, предоплату вносили на русскую карту, всё рассказали, помогли)

Great place to stay. The best thing is the location and availability of ski in/ ski out. There was a a small Spar shop next door that had a pharmacy and ATM, and another Carrefour a short walking distance away. There were lots of ski rental shops and restaurants nearby as well. The room itself is great and had everything we needed like a small kitchen with a fridge, plates and cutlery, a microwave, a washing machine, nice hot water and radiators so the temperature was perfect. The bed was good, there were extra pillows and blankets too.

I would definitely go back to the place, my experience was positive but a few improvements could make it even better… The building itself is not very clean. The curtains in the room are installed far from the wall so they’re not good at blocking sunlight and they were a bit damaged from one side. The blankets were very small, I prefer if they were a bit bigger. The glass shelf in the bathroom is not stable and was about to fall as well as the shelf inside the fridge. And there was a bit of noise from the street.

The location is perfect, the fast and easy communication with the owners as well as the support to coordinate the airport transfer was great. The apartment was cosy and comfortable with the best views of the mountains and the resort. We had all we needed for our 2 weeks stay. We will come back, many thanks to Olga!

The selection of food at the Spar, coming back next year we will definitely stop in Tbilisi to do a larger grocery and ensure a more wide variety of food to balance our meals. The fact that there was no public access to a swimming pool and gym (can be in other building but payable) and the fact that the garbage was far away as well as some nights the noise from adj ascent rooms and from the street. Those are only minor details that can be improved and do not depend on the owner of course.

Excellent central location in New Guduari, literally above main shop/ atm/ pharmacy , close to ski rental, lift, Gondola, food beverage

Busy, as there was world snowboard championship, chaotic traffic no traffic or parking management, access roads in bad condition, well over due at least simple pothole repairs New Guduari has grown dramatically in last 5- 10 years There is now a indoor car parking thoroughly recommended (approx. 30 GEL)
