Room225 - New Gudauri Suites

Great location and good host

A bit noisy at night but it's everywhere in gudauri so it's OK

Host very friendly, location wise and value for money

The location is perfect! Ski area, Restaurants, Bars, stores are just a few steps away. Host was very responsive

the bed and wifi could be improved, sofa bed was not comfortable

Location could not be any better. The room was large enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. One double bed, one massive / very good quality double sofa bed and a good, single sofa bed. Clean and modern room. The kitchenette is big enough to sort a few croissants out for breakfast or tram and cake but only has 2 ceramic hobs and very limited pans/utensils - that said we had fried eggs and tomatoes on toast a few times, which was great. We thought the room would benefit from a toaster and a microwave although there is limited space for the microwave. Boot room was perfect and steps out on to the snow right in front of the gondola. The host was extremely responsive to all the questions we had before and after arrival, through SMS and was very helpful. There was some Apres Ski noise from outside, which often went on in to the night but to be fair this is so centrally locates you could not expect anything else - though it didnt seem to bother our kids.

A bit of noise from the bars and street but that is a small price to pay for such an amazing location.
