It was the best breakfast i have ever had and the apartment is too good. Best location with a neat and clean apartment feels like home. Highly recommended😊
There is nothing to be unliked to be honest. Perfect Apartment ✅

The location of the property is great. Steps away from the New Gudauri gondola, it's a great place to stay for skiing and snowboarding. With several restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance, this apartment complex is a great vacation spot.
The interaction with owners and property manager left a lot to be desired.
Communication through the booking website was very limited and there was coordination issue between the owners and the property manager. This meant that one day prior to our check-in, we were anxious about our stay and planning for alternative spots at the last minute.
Thankfully it all worked out.
