The apartment itself is just amazing. Well equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Was super nice to have a washing machine. It’s literally 2 minutes walking from the gondola.
The owner helped us with baggage storage, so we had a really smooth experience.
Not apartment related but the building: wi-fi is for the whole building and it is really bad to not working ( make sure you have enough data if needed) and the front door is not isolated, so you hear everything from the corridor.

THE Location is superb!!! Very close to the Gondola and Ski, also Supermarkets and Restaurants are just steps away. THe Place is super ❤️ clean, all the facilities are inside, full packed kitchen, Bed is super BIG and comfortable, Sheets are so soft I had super nice sleep😍 Toilet is very clean, good water pressure..and the Balcony! is the highlight of them all!!! 💞 You can see the sunset and sunrise and the white snowy mountains... Fast check in and out, The host was very prompt in his response, very nice and polite. It was the perfect place... I will definitely book again... SUPER RECOMMENDED👍!!! Super thanks to the host also for the free welcome Georgian wine and Honey! 🤗

Everything. very clean, close to the gudaura lift (1 minute walk), the apartment has all the needed facilities and all are new. Comfortable bed
