הנוף מהמהם, הליכה של 10 דקות לרכבל איפה שנמצא הTime out of ו כ7 דקות הליכה למתחם של New gudauri גם שם יש רכבל ללמעלה, המסעדות קרובות , המיקום נוח
שהגעתי המצעים לא הוחלפו, לא קיבלתי שמפה וסבון רחצה חדשים , הייבוש למגבות לא עבד בנוסף בנוסף גם לא היה ניתן לשלוט על החימום מחדר כי הידית הייתה שבורה

אהבנו מאוד את הנראות מהמרפסת יוצא מן הכלל החדר נעים וחמים
לא דאגו לסבון שהיה במקלחת טופל לאחר שיחה למנהל ביקשנו להחליף מצאים מאחר והיו שערות לאחר שיחה הוחלפו אין בכל חדר שולחן וכיסאות במרפסת מה שמחייב לעמוד בזמן עישון אמרו שידאגו לאורחים הבאים . הליכה טיפה לרכבלים מאחר וזה נמצא באמצע הכביש

- Amazing location, few hundred meters to the ski lifts and rentals - Good amenities - Very reactive and helpful host - Well heated
- Cleanliness of the towels wasn't great - Sofa bed is not very comfortable - No Lock on the bathroom door

View is great, building and apartment are new.
The apartment was quite cold — the building seems under renovation/construction, and the central heating didn’t work. The plug-in heater wasn’t enough to warm the space. The floor was a bit dirty, and a TV would be a nice addition.
