The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room consisting of a large living room opening onto the dining area. This entire space opens onto the terrace and has a sea view. You will find just next to the dining room, a separate kitchen with its pantry. The kitchen also has access to the terrace. For the sleeping area, you will find 4 bedrooms. A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, the first with a single bed 90x190, and the second, much larger, air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds pushed together 80x200. You will find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower in this bedroom. You will find the last two bedrooms upstairs. Both are also air-conditioned. The first has a 160x200 bed and the second has 2 beds, one 140x190 and one 90x190. You have a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet. On the ground floor you will find a second separate toilet. Regarding the exteriors, in addition to the large garden, you will have access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the living room and the kitchen, with a sea view, above the swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with awnings. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with wifi. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region. The rental is ideally located 2km from the shops and the town center and 6km from the port of Sanary and the beaches. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; Please let us know the type of animal. A supplement of €5 per day and per animal will apply. We ask for a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash, it is not cashed and given on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract including your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be requested. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the large markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
